Jason opened his mouth, then closed it. As he thought about her question, he realized he didn't really have an answer.

"Honestly," he began slowly, "I'm not really sure."

He looked at her, and gave a sort of helpless shrug.

Gender: Female
Appearance: Black hair, all short and wavy in the back with long, straight bangs in the front, the right side longer than the left. Chameleon/ Hazel eyes, normally green but change with mood. Fair skin with loooots of freckles. Pink CZ studs: Six in left ear, three in right, one in left nostril, a silver ring in the middle of her bottom lip and a silver tonge ring in the middle of her tongue.
Personality: An oddity to say the least, Moonbeam gives no past, but her present situation makes her a hobo, though she always smiles and looks for a bright future, even through the bleak.

~Pure and utter curiosity was the way to go for the lovable hobo that normally lived in the car she kept tucked away under a bridge... Lord only knows how she kept her belongings in there without them getting stolen. She wore a pair of tight-fitting blue jeans and her black high-heeled knee-boots, a black tank with a skull and crossed guitars, her black Pirates zip-up and a black and red beanie with a cute white skull and cross-bones on it. As she trekked through the snow-covered park with a smile on her face and a cup of hot cocoa in her hands, she was followed by a cute little black kitty. She loved exploring and this park just seemed the right place to be... now if only others would think the same. She sat on a bench beneath a snow-trickled tree, staring up at it with a glossy pink smile, the steam from her cocoa matching the steam of her soft breath.~ ((XD I'm so used to RPing in IMs... I hope i didn't overkill my entrance.))

Description: About 5'10 Long, shoulder-length brown dreadlocks in a ponytail, black thin framed glasses, light brown eyes. Tan skin, that looks like she is a natural hispanic. Wearing khaki cargo fitted pants, and a red fitted tee that just fits over her belt, but has a waist length cotton jacket in black over it. Wearing combat boots.
Bio: Jane had been saving money ever since age 14. She pawned every useless thing she ever recieved as a gift and often sold clothes she won't wear. Sometimes she would make fake IDs and sell them on the streets and soon she was able to afford an apartment in a rough neighborhood at age eighteen. She took it, regardless of its neighborhood condition and found herself wanting something more. She became friends with a lot of homeless guys even though they often tried to steal from her but still took pity on them and invited them into her home. One day she left and took all her money and a duffel full of clothes. She went to a motel where she has been staying for the last half year. She is happy and away from everyone she once trusted. She still will have a hard time trusting again. She befriends a prostitute on the street and soon they are roommates in the motel. She wants to find someone who will teach her new things in life, instead of her fending for her own self with friends that only last a week, unless they are paid.

It's the next day:

The curvy figure layed across a park bench, giant headphones cancelling all outside noise, long fingers playing with the longer strands of her bangs. She was piecing out an algorithm while she tanned and listened to acid jazz, tanktop rolled up to just below her bustline, and her denim shorts relatively, well, short. Flipflops swayed off the edge of the bench as she found herself slowly dozing off and reawakening, lazily spending this hazy hot day near the lake instead of in her busy, fussy home.
