The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Aleera breathed a quiet sigh of relief that he didn't remember much. She made a mental note to warn Akila about sleeping though. Clorogne didn't seem to pleased with that answer. "The rumor is spreading like wildfire." She said, sitting on the edge of the bed and crossing her legs. "The facts are mostly the same, though the description of you changes from telling to telling. Some say you're identical twins, others say there are small differences, and yet others say you two look nothing alike. But the basic facts are staying roughly the same. Cause of the fire is up in the air though, as no one really knows. Rebel, accident, and new rebels are all talked about." She listed off the facts to Clorogne. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Clorogne tapped his chin, "hmm...well, the fire is not our business, but the facts are the same, so that is good." Damn! He'd have to find a way to turn it around on the rebels again. He stood, "Off to your room then. I must freshen up." He opened the door for her.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "Very well Clorogne." Aleera said simply, rising gracefully from her perch. She walked obediently out of the room, a sway to her hips as she walked. She returned to her room, changing clothes quickly and running a brush through her hair. That done, she headed to Akila's room, knocking softly. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Clorogne watched her go and licked his lips, before shutting the door and going to change.
Akila blinked open her eyes and yawned tiredly. She stretched a little, but couldn't stop smiling, ""Yes?" she chirped.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Aleera poked her head in the door. "Just thought you might want warning. Clorogne doesn't seem too happy with the fact that you've been sleeping in. Thought you might want to hear it from me, rather have him wake you up." She paused, noticing the girl's smile. "Have a good night?" She asked with a raised eyebrow. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Oh, alright." Akila climbed out of bed, humming and ran a hand through her hair, "Yeah...I walked through the woods. I guess nature just makes me happy." It wasn't exactly lie. She just wasn't sure if Markus would want Aleera to know what happened, him being the leader and all. She didn't want her to think of him any differently.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Aleera leaned against the door frame, crossing her arms. "Just a simple walk in the woods made you this happy?" She asked, clearly disbelieving it. She sensed there was something she wasn't being told and she hated not knowing. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Yep." Akila giggled a little, and went over to the door, trying to look serious (veinly), "Clorogne's not too mad at me, is he?" she tried to change the subject.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "Didn't seem mad. Just slightly upset." Aleera said with s shrug, then turned back to the original topic. "So who'd you meet in the woods? Some handsome young neko?" She asked, taking a shot in the dark and guessing that the girl had met someone. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Oh okay." she turned to go to her small chest of stuff, "No," Akila giggled, "I didn't meet a young neko." She left out handsome, though.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Aleera grinned as she noticed the absent word. "So you did meet someone handsome then?" She asked, probing, trying to find out who Akila had met. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"I didn't say that." Akila laughed, avoiding actually answering the question.

"Someone I haven't seen for a long time, is all." Akila blushed, and shrugged, "He was a good friend of mine." She tapped the toed of her right foot on the floor, looking down bashfully.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "Really?" Aleera asked curiously, seeing the blush on her face. "I'm going to guess an old sweetheart of yours? Anyone I might know?" Now she couldn't help but be curious. Akila had practically shouted that she liked "him", whoever "he" was. The tiger that should be....isn't....
