Halloween :]
For some reason, I love the black and white.
But I dunno... is anyone good with photography?
Picture tips would be much appreciated...

From a photographic aspect, I would say the background is too busy, and the photo is a bit grainy. The composition is fairly simple, but thats to be expected I guess 'cos you was just showing a pic of you ^^. Imo I think a small splash of colour often works well in b&w photos to act as a focal point, such as a dash of deep red.
If you enjoy photography and black and white photos, I strongly recommend getting a film camera with some b&w film, and seeing if you can find a black room to develop the photos yourself! Not only is it fun, but imo the photos always come out nicer!

Yeah I use it too,only thing that really helps in changing WoW screenshots to jpg etc
