Damien sat back in his chair and placed his hand over where his gun was resting. He yawned. "I was hoping to take a nap earlier, but this whole mystery assailant business made it kind of difficult" he said.

"H-how can you two talk like that knowing so many people have died tonight?" One of the nuns asked as if Damien were being heartless. Another nun, the one who was reading (*cough*Lianne*cough*), put a hand on her shoulder as if telling her to calm down.

Damien rolled his eyes, not even looking at the nun. He sat in his chair, just waiting for midnight to come. These last few minutes seemed to last an eternity. He tried to get comfortable in his chair, but this feeling wouldn't let him. He was getting anxious and it was getting harder to hide it.

Finally, midnight came. Shadow heard a slight squeak and looked around anxiously. She caught a glimpse of something moving above her and looked with alarm. "Above!" She yelled as she drew her gun. Immediately, the assassin moved the ceiling tile back into place and bolted. "Cocky b*****d actually came... He knew we were in here. Why didn't he think we'd have guns? ...That smell?"
"It... it smells awful." A nun, who distinctly had Lianne's voice replied, falling to her knees and covering her mouth, coughing. One of the guards went to her side and swept her up immediately.
All of the other nuns and guards looked around with confusion, not smelling anything, but Shadow had quickly recognized it.
"Laughing gas! Everyone out now!" Shadow yelled, rushing to the door and kicking it open. As soon as she did, a flash grenade went off, temporarily blinding Shadow.

Damien pulled out his gun and stood up. He turned to Jian and said "Let's get out of here before-" then chuckled for no reason.

"B-before? H-he..." Jian retorted. His mind felt slightly dizzy and for some reason, the word sounded funny. He began to laugh, gripping his aching side where he was hurt when he slowly wasn't hurting anymore. Seeing Damian and Shadow, he pieced together some coherence and forced himself to tumble out of the room, ultimately staggering and falling to the ground, laughing.
Slowly, Shadow slowly started to regain her sight as she grimaced, hearing Jian and Damien. She could hear the others still in the room, but they were of no consequence at the moment. After all, it was Damien and Jian who they wanted dead. "Damien, where are you?" She called out as the assassin came out of the roof, right behind her with an axe.

Damien walked out of the room, laughing and clutching his side. "I-I haha! I'm right here!" he said while laughing. He spotted the assassin just as he came out to attack Shadow and aimed his gun, but couldn't keep a steady shot due to laughing so hard.

Hearing Damien laughing like a lunatic and barely seeing the gun pointed at her. Shadow ducked to dodge Damien's bullet as the ax was swung, and she barely missed the assassin's strike. "Oh s***!" She yelled, shooting a bullet into his knee. He yelled, dropping the ax before grabbing the ax again and pulling himself back up into the roof. "Oh no you don't!" She yelled, pointing her gun to the ceiling, but it was so dark that she couldn't make his figure out. She fired another shot that grazed his shoulder, but he still put the ceiling back in place and got away. "I-Is everyone ok?" Shadow asked, hearing the others laughing.
"I-I'm ok." Lianne replied, starting to let out little chuckles.
"You're surprisingly resilient. This is bad..." Shadow muttered to Lianne. Shadow put her gun away as her eyes finally fully adjusted. She began to walk in and out of the room, dragging out the drugged nuns and guards who were laughing like crazy, and when everyone was out, she closed the door. Shadow let out a small chuckle, beginning to feel slightly loopy as well. "W-we need to... need to... he he... we need to get moving to somewhere else..."

Damien was now on the ground, clutching his stomach. He spotted Jian and pointed to him. "Did-did you see...pfffftt. HAHA!!!" he laughed and rolled around on the ground.

Jian was laughing too hard to actually respond.
"Al- he he.... alright you b*****d." Shadow chuckled, grabbing Damien under his shoulders and starting to drag him away. "P-priestess, g-go get help!" She laughed.
"Okay!" Lianne chuckled, staggering off as she wobbled side to side with laughter.

"Wha-wh-wh...hahahaha!...What are you do-i-hing" Damien asked Shadow through laughs and chuckles. The gas was starting to wear off, but the Absolute Leader was still feeling a bit silly.

"Making you sound of mind before you accidentally kill somebody." She replied, feeling the giggles in her die down. She dropped Damien on the floor, going back and dragging Jian to Damien's side.
Jian was still having laughing fits, but it seemed as if his laughter was calming down.
"It seems he's took in a lot of that gas. How irritating." She said, feeling tired and lightheaded again after going back to retrieve him.

Shadow dropped Jian, who was still laughing and walked to Damien's side, kneeling beside him and looking him strait in the eyes, her face only inches from his. "Stop that." She told him with complete seriousness.
