"I've got a hansome man all to myself, so I don't see a reason I should be complaining either." Larai replied with a chuckle.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Should we plan ahead and maybe try to find something for the baby to leech off of as well?" Daemon wondered aloud.

 

[M3Gnificent]

"If you don't want me to be your host, that's fine. I'll at least be the host for our baby, since I am it's mother." Larai stated, refusing to back down on helping with the magical energy bit somehow.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Alright, just please speak up if it becomes too much of a strain." Daemon said.

 

[M3Gnificent]

"I will, Daemon. Don't worry." Larai replied in a reassuring tone.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

The tattered, flickering top of his head rose out of his shadow, hoping he could stay in tact long enough to give her a kiss on the cheek. His form started to shred apart again, forcing him to quickly retreat back to the shadows. "I love you, Larai; good night."

 

[M3Gnificent]

Larai closed her eyes, smiling ever so broadly. "I love you too."

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

((Going to take a shower soon, and then most of the day will be filled with DnD. So there will in fact be antics and shenanigans this week. biggrin ))

While Larai slept, Daemon didn't feel as much need for sleep in his current state, so he slunk off to do more exploring in Milly's mansion to see if there was any clue to where she was hiding if not dead.

Milly's most recent diary was hidden inside the room with the note explaining the situation, right on the floor below it in fact.

{Okai. See you when you get back and have fun with the DnD. biggrin }

"Hmm...." The diary sank into the pool of shadow that was Daemon, flipping through it as he slunk back to Larai.

The most recent entry described numerous foreign lands and cities with great detail, with a list of pros and cons for living in each.

"Well, she's not here anymore..." Daemon said to himself with a sigh as he settled back down at Larai's side.

 

[M3Gnificent]

Larai looked as if she were sleeping lightly at best, having trouble getting the rest she needed.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

Daemon moved under her and pulled her into his world part way, just enough to give her a gentle kiss on the cheek before returning her to the world of light.

 

[M3Gnificent]

Larai seemed to calm somewhat, now having a moderately restful sleep at least.
