earthswiccan Ketake pills doesn't work sweatdrop I've tried many, and even though I'm on The pill it doesn't go down... Actually, I am not talking about the pill or any type of pills. |

Ok... well pour one cup of boiling water over one tablespoon of dried raspberry leaves. Cover and allow it to steep for 15 mintues. Strain and sweeten.
Or just drink several glasses of raspberry juice. For some reason it helps a lot with cramps. Don't know why...but it does. |
