Ok... well pour one cup of boiling water over one tablespoon of dried raspberry leaves. Cover and allow it to steep for 15 mintues. Strain and sweeten.

Or just drink several glasses of raspberry juice. For some reason it helps a lot with cramps. Don't know why...but it does.

Thank the Wiccan in me 3nodding It really does work though, for me at least. I have cramps so bad that I have to take perscribed pain relievers for them. blaugh Which sometimes don't work, so I resort to the herbs and the part of me that I grew up with.

I'm an herb freak too. I do local herb walk tours here in the summer. It's a lot of fun. I have a lot of books and my Native American friends taught me lots too. Cool stuff! I hate drugs, so herbs work in a pinch...
