she walked out of the room holding her throught looking like she was in tears

he walked over to the boy that she was with "she has a tumer in her neck and it's pressing agents her vocal cords. We can try to remove it, but we can't garentee that she'll be able to even talk again, let alone sing"

he looked at her "it her choice not mine i just want her to be safe"

she hugged him tightly, crying into his shoulder. she nodded slowly as if answering a question. yes she wanted to have the surgery to remove the tumer

he returned her hug he wasnt to happy either but he looked at the doctor "i guess its a yes" he looked at the doctor worried "but can i please be in the back to watch the surgery i want be as close to as i can while it happens" there was pain in his voice as he spoke

"yes of course. it's a little grotesque to say the least if you think you can handle that. it's hard to watch when it's someone you love trust me"

he nodded to him "i dont care how ugly it looks i dont want to leave her alone"

she was still hugging him but had some what cried herself to sleep

I'm sorry but there isn't the ER and operation rooms are all being used for this whole week for other patients, I'm sorry. I understand how you feel right now though"
