Chexednut If you're looking for something to take for your cramps and whatnot, take Motrin. You should take that about three days before your period and keep taking them until your period starts. If you do it soon enough, you won't feel anything when you start your period.
I get backaches that make me vomit and when I remember to take my Motrin, it's not as bad. It's normally an annoying dull ache.

I've tried the tea, because the school nurse was like, "Oh, it helps with some girls." I said she could go screw herself (not really) and wanted to go home. The problem with me and taking anything before my period is that my period is never on a set schedule from month to month. I used to go months on end without getting it a few years ago. I usually almost never get cramps either, this is one of the exceptions. D:
