Memory from, you guess it, Cats. Lame? Maybe, but hey, I'm not ashamed to admit it. The song is beautiful.

"Total Eclipse of the Heart" by Bonnie Tyler.
I first heard it in junior high, we had this rally about drug use and there was this interpretive dance featuring this very song. Many tears were shed by many girls, it was just sad and I'm not really sure why. I guess because the lyrics just make it sound like a sad love story.

" Delirium Trigger" -- Coheed and CambriaWhen I listen to a song, I listen to the lyrics and the story gets going in my head. Listen to that song, the way they play it, and the lyrics. You'll probably understand why it makes me depressed.

Humm....Cancer by My Chemical Romance.
It reminds me so much of my grandmother and her suffering when she passed away. She didn't have cancer but she had a really horrible brain injury that caused her to pretty much wither away, she stopped eating, drinking. So her whole body just shut down. Then she was having seizures from the injury so the doctor put her on morphine to keep her calm. It was a year ago last month.

Doesn't really make me cry, per se, but gets me closer to than any other song I have.

For me, it's depending on my mood, but there are a few that get my eyes to water. They usually make me feel sad, because they remind me of past times. Anyway, here are some that I can remember: "Waking up Beside You" by Stabbing Westward, "You are my Sunshine" (yes, I know....), "Take My Hand" by Dido, and some others that I can't seem to think of. Oh, well.

It's so true! I never really paid attention to the words until about a couple of years ago. They are so heartbreaking! crying

Rosa_DeLuna Three songs that make me cry are I Hope You Dance, Seize the Day, and Leave Out All The Rest.
Ah. Yes, yes. I Hope You Dance gets to me, too. The other two are songs that I need to look up. I forgot what they are.
