last summer i lost 20 pounds in like 3 weeks.
i only ate like two or tree 30 calorie rice cakes a day and fruit.
it was painful!


Oh wow, that was the worst way to lose weight ever. You didn't lose fat, you lost water and muscle mass. When...and I do mean when you gain the weight back, you'll actually be worse off, because you have all the same amount of fat, and less muscle to balance it out, so you'll actually get bigger.

I had a second child and my abs got flabby I used to work out for whole two years straight every other day to 8:30 a.m. to 4 surprised o p.m. I would do Yoga to lifting weights to cardiovascular to arobics just about everything I could think of even Karate for a short time. How can I get my abdominal back in shape and keep it in shape I need help ? crying I am an excersize addict I live for staying in shape I even drink protien shake every 3 hours with my meals too . what has gone wrong with me ? ? ? ? stressed
