Description:The kinuga bloodline Specialize in kinjutsu they can easily be spotted as all kinuga ninja have blue hair and eyes. the kinuga family comes from the village hidden in the mist. back in the war of the nations the kinuga bloodline spied on the hidden leaf village by posing as a normal family it was not till mid war that the kinuga bloodline showed themselves. for what they truely were. cold hearted assassins they showed some of their family secrets with their infamous Forbidden blood kinjutsu. most of the family were killed off in the war by Hidden Leaf Anbu
Weakness: if hit with any water jutsu's the bloodline will be hard to activate. When you die the bloodline still works ... when shown by highly sharigan the bloodline disappears because the rate it is..when disappeared the user goes blind for 1 hour
Graceful Blood dance Jutsu: where the user runs around in a circle on the spot with their arms out. slowly a blood puddle appears everywhere on the ground as if it had been raining blood
Graceful Blood Fusion Jutsu: A jutsu that lets the user travel though any blood puddles or any form of blood. when ever they touch blood if they wish to use the blood as a gate way to get around to other blood puddles.
Blood Clone Jutsu: by cutting your palm a little and making it bleed .. you are able to make a blood clone .. that looks like you but jusr has the form of blood. When the clone is destroyed the blood sticks to the opponents leg making it sticky and hard to move
Blood Restoration Jutsu:that makes the user teeth grow sharp and pointy the user then sinks their teeth into any part of the opponent body and drink their blood Restoring 100% stamina per turn drinking the opponent blood. Needs the user to restrain the opponent one post before they can drain the opponent.
Blood Storm Jutsu: where the user cuts both of their palms the user then spins around creating a massive blood cyclone where the opponent is caught in the middle and is cut everywhere causing the opponent to bleed everywhere After the blood cyclone dies down there will be a blood mist that goes up to their knees.

Blood Servant Technique:The use creates fake attackers to attack the ninja. When the fake ninja are killed they reappear and keep attacking the host
Blood Dragon Jutsu:This jutsu is for chunnin only but if you had master this bloodline you are able to perform the the dragon. The user must cut there palms and slap them together and yelled bloody dragon . A 20 ft dragon appears ans shoots out blood bombs ... if the bomb touch the ground they leave a deadly explosion.
Blood chakra:When the user is hurt bad the user is able to use blood chakra to help them heal quicker. It takes up to 10 minutes to regain full health.
Blood transform: the use turns into a demon but has unlimited speed and very good chakra.

Background: Teddy was born in the Village hidden in the mist .. When he was only 2 his clan the KINUGA'S disappeared and left Teddy to be the only remaining Kinuga alive. The mist village blamed the leaf village for the killings of the clan, the mizukage had found a lead headband in one of the houses. By the age of 3 teddy was living with the Mizukage for 8 years and he had finally left to the village hidden in the leafs to become a leaf ninja. There was something special about Teddy ... his mom and dad had blue hair and blue eyes but Teddy can out with Black Hair and Black Eye's. Teddy Had the whole clans jutsu's for the bloodline , He mastered the Kinuga Bloodline .... When he moved to konoha he had settled it. Finally about 6 years later Reiko The Lady Hokage adopted him as her son (my mom suckers) and he lives with her and drake and lives on a couch. Really befroe his parents died his dad had Red hair and his mom was a blonde ... he later found out that his real mom was Ino Yamanaka who was from the yamanaka clan. Everyone in every village presumed that the kinuga clan was deceased but they later find out that Teddy is the only one left. Teddy left leaf to join rock and start new since rock had no people there. It had been 5 long years since Teddy has been to leaf. Teddy is currently from 2 different villages .. Rock && mist

Katsuya - Assumed to be the queen of all slugs, Katsuya was summoned by Tsunade during the Sennin battle. Katsuya has the ability to split off bits of her own body to form miniature versions of herself. If she is hit hard enough, she can turn her entire body into hundreds of miniature versions of herself instantly.

description: This is bloodline formed by fusing earth and water. As out put we get iron and in higher level steel. This fearsome bloodline can for example create iron walls, shields, barrages and much more. All so when earth jutsu user obtains this bloodline his earth type moves all go up in power and defense, how ever because of that the moves lost some speed and are easy to dodge.
history: Yami family was one of the oldest ninja families around back when they wore still strong. Tami family was known from begin able to use Iron and steel based jutsus. Of course they wore all so famous because of their very beautiful and scary eyes. Back then no one knew that it was their unique bloodline which made it possible for them to use skills which no one else could. Why was their family then about to be wiped off from the world ? In the ninja war between Senju and Uchiha clans Yami got to make very hard choice. Senju and Uchiha both wanted them to their side. How ever Yami wanted to stay as neutral. How ever under very strong pressure from Uchiha Yami decided to join forces with them. That was the opening song of their doom. Senju had spy in Yami, that spy gave out all the information about weakness of Yami. With that knowledge and information Senju easily destroyed whole Yami. Then how is it possible that now after decades have passed that their blood line starts to appear again ? Just like the spy was the one who destroyed Yami, he was all so their salvation. Members of Yami family have one more special characteristic, Their blood doesn't mix.
Normally when two peoples have child, the child's blood is mix of parents blood. That's how new bloodlines are born. Sharingan is said to be bornd when member from hyuga family had kid with Tengu. As you have all ready probably guessed that's not the case with Yami family, Even if member of Yami family haves descendant with people from other ninja family, Yami blood takes over and suppresses the other blood. Well the spy had kids and then the kids grow up and had kids, and so going on.
Strength: Stronger defense and offense power than any other jutsu type, very flexible style which can be very offensive or defensive, Totally new jutsus to support users old earth and water jutsus.
Weakness: Iron and metal jutsus are rather slow compared to other jutsus they totally lack the speed needed to fight against fire or wind types, Bloodlimit is very weak against water moves especially in it's first stage,
Because there is no one to really teach how to use this bloodline to those who happen to obtain it, it's rather slow to get better in using it, The moves take some more chakra than regular jutsus of their level.
Ability: Fuse Earth and water types to create iron and in higher levels steel mithrill and after completely mastering the bloodline diamond.

1. Tetsubun ryuudan. (Iron Dragon)
description: Jutsu summons 6 feet's long and 2 feet's width iron dragon. The dragon lasts for 3 posts and can be used to defend alliances or attack enemy.
Note sad For each rank/level Dragon grows 2 feet.)

2.Tetsubun shuriken. (Iron shuriken/throwingstar)
Description: This jutsu let's user create shurikens. Shurikens can be then used like normal shurikens. Though these shurikens are little bit stronger than normal ones.

3. Tetsubun genkotsu. (Iron Fist
Description: This technique let's user reinforce his fist with iron temporarily
this way fist can be used to block attacks from metal weapons and to do more damage.

4.Tetsubun senbon hitoame (Iron needle shower)
Description: In this jutsu user shoots senbon needles from his finger tips rapidly to sky. Then after while senbon needles will fall down to enemy. This jutsu is hard to use because you must be able to calculate where will the needles fall.

5. Tetsubun Ame. (Iron rain)
description: This jutsu can only be used when around natural earth. This jutsu turn earth, dust, clay and other normal earth materials into small metal balls. Then metal balls rapidly shoot out from ground piercing enemy and anything on their way. They can break trough same level jutsus that you are. It's looks like there would be rain coming from the ground.
(If you are Joinin then you can use them to break Jounin level moves) Are which jutsu infects is 10x10m.

6: kane Togatta Hana (Metal sharp flower)
Description: User puts his hands into position like in the picture then he thrusts his hands forward from his hands comes metal creation resembling
flower which will cut anything in it's way, flower creation will fly 10-25m and then crumble.

7. kane Hane (Metal wings)
Description: Simple jutsu which grows user metal wings which can be used in flying and attacking, this jutsu is quite simple but takes somewhat lot chakra so it can wear genins and chuunins if they use it.

8. kane hane: Oni shougeki umou ( Metal wings: Demon crash down.)
Description: In this jutsu user first flys above enemy. Then user charges down and starts spun in high speed. Just before crushing to ground user changes direction. If enemy gets hit by the wings while they spin he/she will surely get bad damages.

1.When user reaches second state of the bloodline, he/she will be able to summon iron creature of his summoning type.

Description: Basically your typical clone, formed from wind. It is easily bested by any sort of skill, but this clone is still better than the average bunshin as it is able to attack and be attacked.
-Mizu Soujuu (Water Manipulation)
Description: Any Mist Shinobi that uses ninjutsu should likely have this technique. This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, freezing, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Freezing is mostly limited to small amounts of water, and boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) A Kage level jutsu always requires a water source, even if the Mist-nin in question creates it first.

Description: Hehaku spits out black web that is able to eat through anything. It acts as an acid. Though he is only able to use this web 5 times in a single battle before it starts to eat away his own throat. Though he is able to hold it in his hands for about 3 seconds before it takes affect.(Must be from the Kumo clan.)

Description: This is a wind jutsu that is mainly meant for tricks in the air. Simply if it was used in the fight the user will have a short but strong burst of wind push a certain part of their body. An an example would be a person standing on their hands pushes off of the ground. The wind then pushes their upper back making them do half of a flip and land on their feet. So this jutsu is mainly meant for acrobatic tricks, but it comes in handy when you need to dodge.

Character Description
Looks: Hehaku has four well built arms that match with his body. Each of those hands has a mouth in the palm of them, which are used for making explosives. Though he hides these by wearing a cloak that helps hide his second pair of arms and has gloves on that show all of the fingers. He stands at 5'7'' as the Chuunin he is and weighs in the low 100s. His hair is now starting to grow out longer than he usually keeps it, which is a mixture of different blues: Royal blue, Navy blue, and a grayish blue. He wears his ninja head band around his neck somewhat loosely.
Personality: Hehaku has been a calm and relaxed intelligent person. He is also a very hard worker that will do almost anything to get his goal done. Though it may seem like he isn't motivated in the least, he could be.
Background: Dreams. Those are what Hehaku enjoys and yet fears the most. He has had the oddest dreams from eating a meal in the morning from killing his entire family. Of course only he knows of these dreams because he didn't want to be labeled as a freak and such. Another reason for keeping these dreams to himself was that almost every single dream he has had, had come true at some point in his life...This is why he fears and enjoys dreaming...
A ninja he saw in one of his dreams. The ninja had blue hair, same color as his own. The odd character had a headband around his neck with the symbol crossed out with a scar in the metal. Tattoos covering all of his body, but most of it was hidden with a white trench coat with strange devices on it as well as belts. Then there was a needle hanging out from his mouth that was being moved around. Finally, there were four black shadow figures with him. Two shadow figures on his two shoulders, two being held in his two hands, but then there was a fifth shadow. This figure appeared from behind the ninja after two wooden claws appeared around the ninja's neck. A single eye, the right eye, of the shadow flickered with an ice blue shine. Soon after this every figure had two eyes shine a different color. One with a red shine, one with a green, another with a violet shine, one with yellow, and then finally the ninja's eyes had opened. The color of the eyes were a bright white. He heard the ninja say something and after the ninja finished his sentence Hehaku had woken up from his dream. He sat there thinking of what the ninja had said to him..."My...days...start from this day...on...?" Hehaku said asking the ninja's statement as a question to himself. That was when he remembered that he was to start the acadamy that very day.
Two years after he had started the academy he had already become a Chuunin. Spike, Balcoone, and Shandu had been his usual puppets. Though the biggest change was to see the girl that he liked taken by his sensei. A night he would never forget and a year that was unlike any other. His path had grown dark and dim...there is very little light left within him.
Hehaku had eventually been sent on a mission alone. A simple mission, nothing special about it. It was about a week later when a note had been sent to the Mizukage. It had stated that Hehaku Tokuo had been captured and held captive. Strange thing about it there was no information on what the men wanted. They had simply told the Mizukage that they had captured the Mist ninja...(Two years later)...Hehaku has eventually learned of what the men wanted and who they were. They were merely ninja drop outs. There wasn't anything to special about them, there was only a few of them, and Hehaku learned what he needed to know. So he simply had escaped from his cage to confuse the ninja. That night he had killed the men and woman who captured him. After a good rest he had woken up the next morning to head back to his village.
