Looks: Short for his age, incredibly lean. Dark brown hair, almost dark enough to look black. Hair is cropped short against his head, leaving only an inch on top and none on the sides. Eyes are a solid black, with the pupil indistinguishable from the iris, along with a silvery sheen to indicate the reflective property. Every inch of skin is covered in clothing, or bandages to hide the iron red hue.
Personality: Cold and pessimistic. He is polite and formal, and avoids getting close to anyone. 'Hedgehog's Dilemma.'
Background:
Shinji grew up alone. He never knew his family, nor ever had any friends. The first was unavoidable - his family had been killed by one of the Bijuu before it was resealed. The second was due largely to his own nature. Shinji was quiet and reticent, and avoided talking with people. Added onto his quiet, prickly demeanor was the fact that he always wore bandages all over his skin, leaving only his hair uncovered. He is the only person who knows why that is - his skin is the color of rust, and he knows that this would upset people who are used to normality in their lives. He has wandered into Kumogakure, and seeks to join the shinobi forces there.

Custom Weapons  Name of weapon: Raikiri Your Rank: Chuunin The Range of the weapon: Close - Mid Weakness: The weapon drains the user's chakra if they want it to be powered by the lightning chakra. If they use it in it's lightning form for too long, the blade can burn out and give minor burn's to the user's palms. Description: Raikiri is a blade embewed with some of the Rokubi's electrical chakra. The user can pour chakra into the blade, which then activates the demon chakra inside (takes C-rank chakra). Once the demon chakra is activated, the blade takes on an electrical form. When the user cuts their opponents with the blade in this form, it not only cuts into the flesh more than it normally would, but it can also deliver second degree burns where it touches them (This includes the user and team mates, too). But if the user pumps an enormous amount of chakra into the blade (B-rank chakra), then the blade will glow with electricity, then shoot it as a wave at the opponent. This causes severe burns where the wave makes contact, and also on the user's hands. This also deactivates the blade's abilities for ten (10) posts.

Personality: Energetic. Minori tends to get hyper a lot, not being able to stay in one place for long. Also, he never backs down. Sometimes, he bites more than he can chew, challenging people clearly stronger than him. In other words, he's cocky. He never gets scared and believe anything to hard for him is just a challenge for him to get stronger.
Background: Minori was always a trouble maker. Still is. He's the energetic kid that always brings a boring class to life. Even after his parents died, he didn't ever show any worry or depression. He just vowed to get stronger and never let anyone go what he went through. His parents died while on a mission for Kuma. They had to get intel on Akatsuki, a stealth mission that was compromised. Strength: Due to years of mental and physical strife, Nex has developed an extreme amount of resourcefulness not commonly found in the everyday shinobi. His intellect is high above average and his street smarts is even more so, making him an superb strategist and even more important, an excellent survivalist. He is extremely quick on his feet. Years of constant danger have toned his reflexes and fighting experience to a peak, to a point where only training as a shinobi would further heighten these naturally obtained abilities. To even further cement these skills, Nex has a naturally strong soul, or spirirt, as one might come call such a thing. He has a high tolerance of pain and resistant to any kind of torture, be it physical, spiritual, or mental. With all of this coupled with an abnormal amount of stubbornness, when Nex sets out to do something, he follows it through to the end.
Weakness: Unfortunately due to his history, Nex is socially awkward, and he is self aware of it to. In result, he is a very quiet person and never says more than he needs to say. Furthermore, due to his deep hatred of mankind, he tends to isolate himself from everyone else. He prefers to work alone rather than in a team which can put himself in very dangerous situations. Finally, while his body is honed for quick movements, it isn't honed for strength, diminishing his ability for physical power.

Personality: Due to history, Nex is socially awkward, making him not only a very quiet individual, but a loner as well. Having a rather deep hatred of humanity itself, Nex isolates himself from any and all contact with humans. While completely having the potential to take another life, Nex, despite his history, has remarkably not developed a murderous personality, but he does wish humans would just disappear. When in contact with people, Nex is usually very blunt, arrogant, and rude, fully displaying his dislike for any and all human beings.
Background: When he was born, his original name was Xen Nai. He was suppose to be destined for greatness. He was one of the few children of the Nai Clan to not only possess the Kukan Bloodline, but survive it as well. As the Nai Clan's tradition, the key weapon was extracted from Xen's soul when he was born. The process went smoothly, and no harm befell the newborn. However, while Xen was blessed with the ultimate power of his clan, he was also cursed. He was cursed in a sense because Xen was born shortly before the massacre of the Nai clan.
It was only a few days after his birth that the Nai clan was attacked and massacred. Xen would have been killed as well if it wasn't for his own parents. On the edge of death, before the assailants could deliver the finishing blow to the family, Xen's father who was ironically a Kukan user, used a technique called Warp, to transport his child away from the battle field, a full 500 meters away, and thus, Xen Nai lived through the massacre.
In the wake of the massacre's aftermath, the newborn was found by a young couple by a neighboring village. Taken back to their village and put up for adoption at a local orphanage, Xen was quickly taken in by a couple from a country separate from the nation of shinobi. The families last name was Inritus, which Xen adopted as his last name. His new family also gave him a new name, which was Nex. There he was raised, and there he lived happily. His new parents were very nice and honorable with a deep love for him. But, things changed. As Nex grew, he started to develop and show his abilities as a Nai clan member, and in result, labeled him and his parents demons of hell. As a unfortunate result, his parents were executed while Nex escaped, and thus began the beginning of Nex's hatred for the human race.
On the run, no matter where Nex ran to, he was always treated the same. Thus, he had to develop street skills and physical ability, as well as harness his own special abilities in order to survive. As the years went, Nex's animosity towards humans grew. His only goal at this point was to survive as long as he could. But then he began to question his past. Who was he exactly? Who was his family? Why was he put up for adoption? He wanted these questions answered, so he set off for a journey back into the world of shinobi, where he found the Cloud village and was accepted as one of their own.
(This background story is written under the assumption that my applications for the Kukan Bloodline and the Nai Clan will be accepted. If the situation changes, the background story will be rewritten.)

Description: This jutsu creates one single clone out of the ground. Its defense is incredible, and it's very powerful, but lacks speed. Two hits will destroy the bunshin.
-Doton: Doroku Gaeshi (Earth Release: Rock Shield)
Description: In the jutsu, the user lifts up a giant piece of earth and uses it as a shield. For every rank, the shield grows 5 feet by 5 feet, and thickens by 3 inches.
-Doton: Gou no Doro (Earth Release: Mud Moat)
Description: This jutsu converts the area immediately surrounding the performer of it into a a deep murky moat full of mud. The moat is at least 6 ft deep and four feet in radius (6 feet radius for genin, 8 feet for chuunin, 10 feet for Jounin, 15 feet for Sennin). Due to the nature of the moat, water walking can not be performed on it. Only an area of 1½ feet in diameter remains of solid, dry land for the user to stand on.

-Kibaku Nendo [ Exploding Clay ] - Akatsuki member Deidara is an artist at heart, and he uses his modeling clay to fashion animals which help him in combat. This clay is fashioned into destructive art using the Earth Element. For that reason, the art models are weak to Lightning based attacks. The art models can take the form of birds for flight and exploding seeker birds and spiders. Deidara possesses two mouths on the palm of each hand. Withdrawing a bit of clay from his pouch, one of the mouths can consume the clay, imbue it with his explosive Chakra and fashion it into a creature. Deidara can then make the item bigger after forming the necessary hand seals. He will retain control over the item and can decide what actions the clay art will take.
Each piece of art will be infused with one of four explosive Chakra types: C1, C2, C3 or C4. C1 is used in most of Deidara's smaller art pieces including spiders, centipedes and birds. C2 is used in his favorite attack, the C2 Dragon combo Jutsu. C3 was seen in his most powerful large scale attack, his Specialty #18 Jutsu. And finally, C4 is seen in his most deadly attack, the microscopic bomb C4 Karura.

Nendo Bunshin [ Clay Clone ] - Akatsuki member Deidara is an artist at heart, and he uses his modeling clay to fashion objects which help him in combat. This includes using his clay to create a clone. Should his opponent become intertwined with the clone, they will be held in place and unable to manuever. Because the clay is related to the Earth Element, it is weak to Raiton based attacks. This provides a means of release from the clay.

Kibaku Nendo : C1 [ Exploding Clay : C1 ] - Akatsuki member Deidara is an artist at heart, and he uses his modeling clay to fashion animals which help him in combat. Kibaku Nendo : C2 Doragon [ Exploding Clay : C2 Dragon ] - Deidara will act in conjunction with Tobi to create a combination attack meant to stop an agile opponent. The large dragon will first drawn in some of its tail to create numerous spheres which it will expel from its mouth. The dragon can then take to the air and while Tobi places the spheres underground, beneath the feet of their opponent. From his position in the air, Deidara can launch smaller, more explosive C2 dragons towards his target. This combination of land mines and aerial attacks will box his opponent in, making any wrong move their last.

Kibaku Nendo : C3 [ Exploding Clay : C3 ] - Deidara possesses a specialty Jutsu which can cause massive damage. Deidara imbues his explosive art with his Chakra, in this technique's case he imbues his clay model with his most explosive Chakra, called C3. After he sends the model off, he can use a release command to detonate it. It is capable of leveling an entire village.

Kibaku Nendo : C4 Karura [ Exploding Clay : C4 Garuda ] - The expelled clay with combine to form a gigantic version of a cloaked Deidara. After forming the needed hand seals, the giant Deidara will explode into a fine cloud of microscopic clay bombs. These tiny objects will be controlled by Deidara's Chakra as they move towards their target. The target will then unknowingly breathe in the cloud. These tiny objects will then travel throughout the body and detonate, causing microscopic explosions. This in turn causes the body to disintegrate on a cellular level. Note that the cloud of microscopic bombs contains Chakra, so if the target possesses some means to see Chakra, such as the Sharingan, then they can move to avoid the attack.

Kibaku Nendo : Kyuukyoyu Geijutsu : CO [ Exploding Clay : Ultimate Art : CO ] - Kibaku Nendo • Kyuukyoyu Geijutsu • CO is utilized by Akatsuki member Deidara. After removing the bindings sealing the mouth on his chest, Deidara will feed the maw a large clump of clay. After being ingested, dark veins will begin to emerge on his body as he infuses the clay with his explosive Chakra. When the veins nearly cover his whole body, they will begin to retreat back into a sphere located near the chest mouth. When the veins totally retreat back into the clay, Deidara will ignite it causing a huge explosion which will cover a ten kilometer area. Backlash is that you will lose your life after the Technique.

Personality: Karuda is always focused in his lessons and never disruptive, he did what he was told, he is very cold and calculating, having a high I.Q. Karuda never enters a fight without confidence he can win. He is Sociopathic in nature (He's not an actual Sociopath however several of his current traits are similar to one), only excited at the thought of bloodshed or gaining power. He also used to be very submissive until Iwa was attacked and he took the oppertunity to kill his parents. He traveled and grew since then and he found a sort of inner peace, he stil seeks power and is slightly sociopathic at times but he is not as chaotic as he used to be, sometimes he seems nearly sane.

Background: Karuda used to live in a village known as Danshokugakure, when he was young the village was destroyed by the four winged angel, for reasons unknown, the monster was sealed within his cousin Shane. Karuda and his parents some how by some miracle managed to escape. Danshoku tried to stay together, strengthening their forces by any means necessary... Karuda who had a curse seal, even then he showed promising signs. Through a twist of fate when the ruined Danshoku finally disbanded Karuda and Shane both ended up in Iwagakure. The two of them formed a closer friendship since having moved. Recently the Tsuchikage was murdered and in the confusion they were seperated. Eventualy they both ended up in the same village again... Kumogakure
Appearence: He has numerous scars from his childhood, when his shirt is removed you'd be worked hard to find a place without scars, his arms and legs are the same, as a child he was forced to wear very covering clothes because of this. He has a habit of wearing such clothing to this day, he is skinny with well deffined muscle tone, he is pretty weak physically speaking though.

Character Description
Looks: Spikey greyish hair, little tan skin tone, lean muscles.
Personality:
Bound by no other moral code than his own, Kazuma comes off as a very verstile young man. He has a strong belief in his "No Moral" Code of living, which generally means that he'll do anything as long as it benefits him, or just because he can. Even if it means cheating on a test, blackmailing, helping people, community service, it doesn't matter. Usually he comes into conflict with others due to what he is doing, and is willing to stand up for his belief with words, or a few punches.
His demeanor can come off as very composed for a young man as himself. Though do not mistake that for actual signs of maturity. He can be quite oblivious and an arrogant prideful short fuse with people who frequently bother him, and hostile to everyone else (including those who bother him) because he believes that they have a one tracked mind. Whenever he gets mad enough he has a habit of telling them that he will "Bite you to death". That does not mean that he is a bad guy. No, no. Time to time he can show that he is a good man when it comes to it. Though he frequently denies it, just says that he did it because he wanted to, or makes up some half-baked excuse; he does the same for when he commits some evil deed. However, despite all of this he has shown to have a little soft spot for some animals, and some girls to a small extent, but they will still get bopped on the head if they bother him too much
Kazuma will become a hyperactive high risk taker whenever there is something that interests him, or for the sake of being amused. He will stop at nothing to get what he wants, even if it involves taking a few hits; or getting into trouble. Once his mind is set on something the boy will not quit until he obtains it. Same rules apply if there is someone he wants to protect, though so far there is none
Background:
Kazuma was born into a family of well respected ninjas. His parents were highly respected ninja and known for their sense of righteous moral. Trying to keep the tradition going they forced their son, Kazuma, to follow that same path. It didn't sound that bad at first, but later on it began to become more and more stress worthy. Every minute of his life they preach at him to keep doing the right thing, which meant no cheating, no stealing, not even sweating the little stuff. All this "Justice" talk was just insane. One day he was taking one of those Academy written test, and it was giving him much difficulty. Kazuma was stressed and exhausted, it wasn't long before he had the perfect opprotunity to cheat by looking at another's test. His parents words of doing the right thing was echoing through out his head, and that is when it fully dawned on him. What was the right thing? Not cheating on a test and failing, that would just make things bad on Kazuma by listening to a long lecture from his teacher and parents. Was it bad to look at his fellow students paper? He had a clear shot without the teacher knowing, and he would pass with a flying A, or a B. It was all just words, right and wrong, good and evil, how can someone know if they are doing one or the other, they were all just opinions, nothing in that was absolute. Knowing this he did what he had to do and cheated, he scored an A; and although this was considered a bad deed, it benefited him. It was then that he decided to throw away this path his parents were putting him on and create a new one, a better one, a path that had no morals in general so that he wouldn't be defined in the categories of good or evil. Finally Kazuma acheived Genin rank through the means of cheating, honesty, blackmailing, and hard work. Now he was partially free from his parents guidance and could start doing his own thing, living by the "No Moral" code.

Description: this jutsu is a combo between normal bushin no jutsu and shadow of the dancing leaf the ninaj makes hand signs and disappears wit hspeed and can attack hte enemy from many diffrent angles but when the enemy defends they will find that it is olny an illusion this move can confuse enemies and give the user a chance to observe the enemies fighting style, this justu doesn't do damage except when the user attacks the ememy himself
-Doton: Shinjū Zanshu no Jutsu(Earth Style: Headhunter Jutsu)
Description: The user, emerging from the ground below the target area, pulls down (or possibly swaps places with) the opponent so that only their head is above ground.
Nioi Ue Fuku no Jutsu (Smell Covering Technique)
Description: This jutsu basically creates a layer of chakra that seals in scents. The user coats himself in a thin layer of chakra, creating an air tight seal that doesn’t allow any scents to escape. If they touch anything a scent is not left behind. (As if they are wearing chakra gloves.) This starts to take up a lot of chakra if used for long periods since a new coating must be applied every few minutes to keep it effective. The user cannot use this jutsu on other people.
Name of Jutsu: Shadow vision fist
Description: The user of the Taijutus first throws an extremly fast punch at an opponent but brings the punch back and then throws another punch at the opponent the purpose of this is that when the user does this fast enough they may give the illusion of two punches and when the opponent gaurds from the first punch the user may aim their second punch past the targets defences
Mizu no Waruasobi (Trick of Water)
Description: A very simple technique which involves a simple flick of one's hands and a muster of sweat in the fingers. A precise flick comes from of the hands or even a shake can be made as if trying to get something off one's hands. The water streaks from the hand of the user and towards the enemy's eye. This unexpected irritation can blur their vision
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique)
Description: Creates one or multiple identical copies of the original out of water. More similar to Kage Bunshin then a regular Bunshin, water clones are capable of attacking, except each clone is roughly 1/10 the power of the original. The water clone can perform one jutsu that the user also knows once. It must be a water elemental jutsu. One solid hit will destroy the clone.
Mizu Peretto (Water Pellet)
Description: An enhanced Uo Tsuba, instead of a stream, it is a bullet that impacts the enemy at high speed (though with blunt force,) and it is roughly about the size of a fist.
Suiton: Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Shuriken Technique)
Description: Through the use of water manipulation, the user can create multiple small shuriken comprised of water and launch them towards the target. After hitting and/or cutting a solid surface, they revert to water. It is important to note that these shuriken can be physically launched (by hand) or launched as they are created.
Mizu Soujuu (Water Manipulation)
Description: Any Mist Shinobi that uses ninjutsu should likely have this technique. This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, freezing, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Freezing is mostly limited to small amounts of water, and boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) A Kage level jutsu always requires a water source, even if the Mist-nin in question creates it first
Mizutamari no Jutsu (Water Puddle Technique)
Description: By altering personal body shape, the user can melt into the water below the user. This allows the user to hide and set up an ambush, or lose inexperienced trackers.
Isonagi no Jutsu (Beach Crab)
Description: A jutsu that can only be used on water or atop loose soil (sand, non-rocky aerated dirt, etc,) this technique causes a pair of pincers to rise out of the ground/water and grasp the target by the ankles before pulling him underground/water. An important difference between this technique and Doton: Shinjuu Zanshu is that in this technique the target is fully enveloped in the earth or water. If strong enough, the target can break free, due to the loose earth. Water is less efficient because of its fluidity, and the target not held long. There is something to be said, though, for the change in momentum that can occur when you force an opponent to abandon all thoughts save survival.
Mizu Tate no Jutsu (Water Shield Technique)
Description: A shield of water is formed around the user as a cylindrical barrier that reaches just above the user's head. After the initial creation that user can manipulate the water, allowing for water spikes, tentacles, hands and the like, though these appendages are not dexterous enough to handle a weapon. The bad thing is that the shield isn't that reliable against ninjutsu. However, an opponent who is strong enough can break through the shield.
Koori Waku No Jutsu [Ice Slide Technique]. By focusing Ice to your feet you will be able to slaide across the field swiftly, also it good for evading attacks."
Shikki Kansei No Jutsu[Moisture Trap Technique], You use any source of moisture and then upon contact, the moisture from the liquid freezes. It easy to break out of but annoying to your opponents
Retsu Kaze No Jutsu[Cold Breeze Technique.] You will be allowed to moisture in the air to create small ice particle and use wind to circle it around your opponent, causing minor cuts.
