Hm, any villain. That's kinda hard....but, I guess I would have to be.....either Naraku from Inu-Yasha, or Folken from Escaflowne.

Sabaku no Gaara otherwise known as Gaara of the Desert and it is when he is evil like at the beginning of it not when he is nice because of he can kill someone in one move just by using Desert Funeral
