@willumms: yea it is. I dont care much for diamonds D:
but thats when you get the stone n your school color.
I haven't even thought about mine. They're way too expensive. I don't particularly want a blue stone either. xD

but thats when you get the stone n your school color.
I haven't even thought about mine. They're way too expensive. I don't particularly want a blue stone either. xD my hs ring was silver with a garnet...and OF COURSE i had to be a dumbass and talk about the garnet @ school... later on i found out people thought i was spoiled cause i had a REAL stone in my class ring, but i was like "dude, its a GARNET. its not the ******** hope diamond..." rolleyes now that i think about it, i wish i'd gone with my birthstone, but our school colors were maroon and white. *shrug* its not like you wear it for more than a few months anyway...

Lyss went cheap.
Since our school colors are navy blue, blue, and white, Lyss went with her birthstone.
One side has music symbols, and the other has a star and crescent moon.
Overall, it's $280.
At least it's not one of the crazy ones some people had got. (18k gold AND diamonds....)

Midori Hayashi Squishy got a purdy ring! I need Photoshop 7.0. Who wants to buy it for me??? xd I has Photoshop CS2 ._. I stoled it from a local community college. I'm happy with my teal stone. We were required to pick one of our school colors. It was either teal, aquamarine, and a dark blue. My junior high ring already had the dark blue stone so I figured I didn't need two of the same stone. Edit: D: Ours cost $600+ although some people chose the economy packages which were $200+ Mine was $580

and I'm almost certain there are a few who have real stones.
I also think that a class ring should be huge and imposing though. None of those sissy girly fancy ones they make now.
