The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "If you're sure." Aleera said, unable to hold back a small giggle. "As for today, yes. Pretty much the same as yesterday. And I'm sure tomorrow will be the same. Every day until he decides it's time to take the throne again." She said with a sigh, throwing her stuff over her shoulder and starting to walk. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Which will be when he thinks he's got enough support from the people." Akila finished the thought. She slung her pack over her shoulder and stretched, "To the marketplace!" She lifted a fist, comically, in the air.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Aleera laughed and gesture before her. "After you, since you seem so eager." She said teasingly. It was clear that, away from her 'mask', the Seer was a more playful girl - As if she'd never grown up. She loved having fun and playing around, never acting her age. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Maybe we can get some breakfast." Akila clapped happily, and skipped ahead.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "Might as well feed you while I can." Aleera said with a laugh, following Akila into the town. They made their way into the market place again, looking around. Aleera stopped and bought a bunch of grapes, then glanced at Akila. "You want some? Or you want something different?" The tiger that should be....isn't....

"I don't really like grapes...." She was practically growling at at the small fruit. "Mama always told me, don't eat grapes...or raisins, or chocolate." There were certain things that dogs and cats just couldn't have. "Something else..." She tore her eyes off the fruit, to look around. Maybe there was a potato pancake place around there somewhere...or maybe cornmeal...

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Aleera raised her eyebrows at the almost vicious response. "Alright then....." As a shapeshifter, she'd never really had to deal with the food restrictions on one particular form. She always just shifted to meet her needs. Popping one of the grapes in her mouth, she chewed contentedly, following Akila on her search. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Finding what she wanted, Akila pulled out a few coins and bought a small potato pancake, nibbling it happily. "So what now? We just sit and let them come to us?"

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Aleera, her mouth full of grapes, nodded. Swallowing, she spoke. "Unless you can think of a better option. I don't exactly think getting the tower crier is the best option. We want it spread quickly but quietly. So this seems to work the best." She shrugged lightly. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Alright... then me might as well sit and rest a bit." Akila was just SOAKING UP this free time, happily. She sat on a bench and nibbled away happily at her food.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Aleera shrugged. "Might as well enjoy what free time we have." She said in agreement, sitting down beside the girl. She finished her fruit and tossed the stem in the garbage. She spread her long hair over the back of the bench, letting the sun dry it. It wasn't long at all before the questioning started. As she'd been bid to, Aleera answered the questions, spreading the lies and rumors around. It was easy to hear it being talking about all over the market. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Akila added bits and pieces, taking her turn to lie every so often, and licked her fingers o rid them of oil and grease. One particular man caught her attention, though, and she stood to go to him.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Aleera glanced at the girl as she stood up and left. She herself stayed seated though, talking with the man before her. She kept an eye on Akila though, watching from the corner of her eye. She didn't want anything to happen to her. The tiger that should be....isn't....

The man nodded somberly to something Akila said, and called over a gangly old woman that would look farmiliar to Aleera. The woman from the hearing at the palace. She held the woman's hand and the woman nodded. Minutes later, Akila came back, looking determined, but said nothing.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Aleera noticed but said nothing until she'd sent away the man she'd been talking to. "What was that about?" She asked quietly. If she was right, that look on the girl's face meant she was about to do something stupid. The tiger that should be....isn't....
