If you can't face your friends or family, you could consult your local doctor. If you don't the consequences could be horrific. People at this stage could have Major Depressive Disorderw hich can in the worse states lead to suicide, or Bipolar Disorder which can sometimes lead to a state of psycotic behavior. ........I dint´think this is good.......
