Larai nodded slightly. "Sure. I might wander off every now and then, though, since I have a bit of..erm...business to take care of in town." In other words, she probably wanted to try and steal something of high security just to test her abilities.

"That's fine, can't have you going rusty now can we?" Daemon said with a chuckle, having a pretty good idea of what 'business' she had in mind.

{*high fives* biggrin }

"Exactly." Larai replied, offering a hug to Daemon afterwards. "After all, I can't be a talentless hack by the time we try anything remotely close to the Syrian Heist~"

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Good luck trying to come up with a heist that could top it to begin with." Daemon said as he returned a one-armed hug before smiling down at Milly. "Ready to go?"

Milly nodded slightly. "Yes, I'm ready. Let's go." she said, smiling slightly up at Daemon.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"In retrospect, we probably should have tidied things up before we left..." Daemon said with a slight frown as he pulled them into the shadows while remembering the unpleasantness Milly had left behind.

 

[M3Gnificent]

"What I'm looking for is hidden in the kitchen, in a secret wall compartment beneath the third cabinet on the right." Milly replied, wanting to make sure that Daemon knew that he would not have to see any of the guilt-trippy rooms if he did not so wish.

"That's a relief...Although I'm surprised it's not hidden in your room somewhere instead." Daemon commented as they appeared in the mansion's main hall.

{Sorry for taking so long. I have this one...erm...drama prone sister and I had to play psychiatrist...again.}

"Anyone could find anything in my room, and you and I both know it. You would've only known half of what you did if you read the diaries, which I specifically left out." Milly replied, revealing her knowledge of the situation a bit more.

"So where exactly is this secret space again?" Daemon asked once they got to the kitchen and he began feeling around underneath the designated cupboard.

 

[M3Gnificent]

Milly used one of her own tendrils of darkness to smack itself against the loose brick on the wall five times, only for it to sink down and reveal a thick and heavy-looking tattered black book. Said tendril of darkness then took the book and tossed it for Milly, only for the girl to catch it while almost falling on her a**.

"What is this book again?" Daemon asked curiously, taking the book in one arm for her while helping her up with the other.

((Ah, summer vacation. The time of which my diet four to five times a week becomes skipping breakfast, and then frozen tv dinners, frozen chicken strips, and frozen pasta meals for lunch and dinner. I scoff at good health. xd ))

Milly grinned all the more broadly at Daemon. "Well, daddy, that's my little secret~" she replied, a giggle following afterwards.

At this point, Larai had already snuck off, and was currently sneaking into some lesser foreign emissary's inn room. She planned on stealing certain political doccuments, just for the hell of it. Unfortunately, they were Syrian, and knew her face well...

"Oh? Anything I can bribe you with to tell me?" Daemon said, a smile on his face just knowing she was in good spirits.

 

[M3Gnificent]

"After I told you, you'd immediately feel that it wasn't worth it." Milly replied, not really sure how Daemon would take to knowing that she asked his help in retrieving her black list. In other words, a full list of his old mistresses and every offence each had taken against her. Some weren't exactly human, or sold their souls for some reason or another, so Milly figured that she'd get horrid revenge on the ones that were still alive and nearby.
