"Indeed, but it seems luck is going well again, so we should be fine" Damien said as the cab pulled away and headed to the theme park.

"Y-yeah..." Shadow nodded in agreement, blushing slightly as she looked out the window, leaning on her back hand. "It seems to follow me wherever I go." She said. "That's probably why I'm still alive."

Damien shrugged. "I'm guessing it's very good to have it in your line of work" he said as the car drove along the road to the theme park.

Shadow nodded. "I think you could use a little more." She replied with a small chuckle. "Granted, you're still around and doing well."

Damien chuckled. "Yes, and I plan on doing that for a while" he replied. He sat back as the car continued on its way.

"Well..." Shadow muttered as the cab stopped. "Oh! We're here." She smiled, trying to hide her excitement.

"Then let's get out and have some fun" Damien said as he exited and let Shadow out. He made sure the 'cabbie' had the file and let him drive off. "Well, let's enjoy ourselves" he said as he held out an arm for Shadow to take.

Shadow looked at his hand, slightly surprised as she looked away, scratching the side of her face while taking his hand with her free hand. She slowly looked back over at him, trying not to seem too flustered though she did a poor job at it.

"Well, I was just expecting you to link arms or hold onto my arm, but taking my hand? I guess you must enjoy my company more than you let on" Damien teased, noticing Shadow getting flustered. He was enjoying this.

"That's because there were people around. The Absolute Leader has a certain image to keep. What would people say if they saw me getting kissed on the nose by soldiers that are supposed to be obeying my command?" Damien mentioned, "and besides, I'm 'David' now."

"I don't believe that for a second, 'David.' " She flushed, looking away. "A-anyway, shouldn't we be getting tickets and going in?" She asked, desperately trying to change the subject.

"Indeed" Damien said and showed his military ID to the booth, bringing Shadow as 'guest'. He bought the tickets and he led her in.

"Wow, did they add a lot more rides?" She asked, looking around. It felt like forever since she had been there, and yet it stood looking exactly the same with the exception of the increased number of attractions. Her eyes widened, gripping his hand as she looked at everything like a little kid.
