Hmm, I don't really like it personally. I can't really see you at all, nor define really anything. It just looks like a giant blotch of black with some flames. Now thats just personally. It's nicely done in the fact that you've made an interesting scene in your avi. A giant flaming man destroying the city. Also the way you say "ONLY" makes me sad, because I have about only 6k, and I find that decent enough for (I wish I had more, but then again thats why I'm in this group).
Well I'll have to say, 6/10, nicely done, but has problems due to the fact you really have to be really looking to tell any details.

I give you 4/10 i am not very objective, cuz i hate warriors. i really like the flame. the little animal seems out of place. I hate the mask, i would like to see your face. i love the ranch, i like strong mans with tools.

There is no definite color theme, or theme at all for that matter. The purple hair stands out from the blue dress, and there's nothing to really tie the two objects together. The tail doesn't really fit with the elegance of the dress and hair. The gloves don't match at all... It's overall a little mismatched :/
White gloves and darker shoes might look nice.

7/10, i like that warrior style, but i dislike the mummy like top, maybe a black top or jacket would be better
