After the fight... ((Finished))

[Zelly-fangirl]

"That makes does make sense I guess...." Adrian said looking towards Calista's room. "Hopefully I'm not the next person to nearly take its head off." he muttered, shuddering at the idea of Calista waking them up and seeing Hazama leering over him as he slept.  

[Maya Freana]

"I have a feeling it'd grow back if it got taken off." Amaya said, also shuddering now. "Oh well..." She murmured before pointing at Adrian with the spoon again. "You. Get over here and cut the pineapple for me." She told him, now pointing to the pineapple on the counter next to her.  

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Yes'm." Adrian said setting his notebook down on the couch where he was previously sitting as he got up to help with the cooking.  

[Maya Freana]

"When you're done with that, I need you to tear up about half of this loaf of bread into pieces." She told him, patting a loaf of bread that sat between them, a small smile on her face.  

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Do I get to know what the pineapple's for? Can't say I've ever had any fancy dinner that used pineapple as an ingredient." Adrian said as he set to work tearing up the bread.  

[Maya Freana]

"Well when you're done with the bread, we'll put the bread and the pineapple and some other stuff in the pan there and bake it. And it will be baked pineapple and it will be delicious." She said, still smiling as she put the green bean bake in the oven.  

[Zelly-fangirl]

"You say you don't like fancy shmancy food so much and you previously burned a turkey. When did you turn into such a chef?" Adrian teased.  

[Maya Freana]

"Well I picked up some old recipes when I was home for the trial. I still don't like fancy food. But this is holiday food. The fancy once a year stuff doesn't count." Amaya told him, sticking her tongue out at him.  

[Zelly-fangirl]

"One of these days I'll have to try to convert you. I'll have to find some other special occassion-slash-excuse to get something fancy." Adrian said with a small smirk as he finished the bread.  

[Maya Freana]

"Good luck with that." Amaya laughed. "Okay so we've got the green bean bake...baked pineapple...what am I forgetting?..." She murmured to herself as she stared at the counter with a hand at her chin. Finally it seemed to hit her and she grinned, striking her hand against the counter. "Mashed potatoes!" Amaya exclaimed proudly.

"I'll make those closer to dinner. Everything else needs to baked now." She muttered, throwing in the last of the ingredients needed for the baked pineapple before putting it in the oven as well. "Break time." Amaya yawned, leaving the kitchen now and walking over to the couch, stretching out as she sighed happily.

Adrian scampered quickly over to the couch, scooping up his notebook before Amaya could see and took a seat. "No peaking." he said, sticking his tongue out at her before getting back to writing while on break.  

[Maya Freana]

"So defensive." Amaya said, holding her hands over her head a little. "I wasn't going to look. Just calm down lover boy." She told him, stretching once more.  

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Well I need to make sure it stays a surprise somehow." Adrian said as he made himself comfortable. "If present number two wasn't in here, I wouldn't care as much."  

[Maya Freana]

"Present number two?" Amaya asked, raising an eyebrow as she looked up at him.  

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Yes, present number two. Because I would fail epically as a musically inclined boyfriend if I didn't have something written for when I found my estranged girlfriend. That's all I'm going to say on that subject though."
