howdy aaron and thanks its been awesome! staying home today too! we are going to see if that lady may take the house for less. she said today she loved it but coudlnt afford the price tag. we set it high to negotiate. so we're going to see if she can afford it at least for what we need out of it. fingers crossed! relaxing big today too. hands were only a little tingly not hurting this morning so the carpal tunnel is backing off a bit as i rest..
just in time to go back 2m and haul out last of stuff in garage and put the walls up in the a frame room and paint. then i'll be laid up again in a t-rex pose rofl

Busy busy with work I wish I had more downtime rn crying
Done at 14:30 tomorrow though.
To be fair doing that with the house is smart Rydia cause it's the same with jewellery, you start high and negotiate down because it's impossible to start lower and ask for more xp
Hopefully she can come back with a lil more, banks are eager af to do house loans again lol

Gooood mornin! Still waitin for the sky to fall on me but it aint yet so lets have a good day! Gonna help brother shine up his side by side atv he's gonna sell it since he doesn't use it much and could use the xtra dosh.
