I'm going to vent about my ******** lovelife.
Okay so two weeks ago I broke up with my boyfriend because I figured out that I just wanted to be friends with him. (Having a mad crush on another guy also helped!) So I feel very good about this decision, and I still do. We're still great friends and there's no awkwardness, but he still likes me. He told me my hair smelled good and told me he missed me.
So now I like this other guy. He's rather "popular" and a bit of a jock, but it's not like he doesn't know I'm alive. He makes a point of saying hi to me every time he sees me, he talks to me online almost every night and we talk in our 1 class that we have together that meets once a cycle. And he makes me feel great about myself, telling me i'm smart and cool even though I do really stupid things in front of him like use made-up words such as "disinflate" and accidentally doing silly-walks past him when i don't think he's looking. And he makes me feel so freaking alive. But I haven't talked to him in two days and it makes me sad sad
And now for the whopper. confused My friend called me from California this week because he's coming down for a week. We're going to hang out, but it'll be really cool/strange. Before he left, we had a big fight and it'll be the first time we've hung out in almost a year and a half. And weirder yet, because I think he's realized that I could have been perfect for him...and I'm not over him. Five years and I'm not over him. So I'm tense a bit about that, not expecting anything to happen because he lives in California for God's sake, but honestly. Couldn't you have had this epiphany two years ago, when I asked you out!? I would have been so goddamned happy, but now it just ruins everything....

I'm going to vent about something I found on the news...
So apparently there was a teenage girl (16 I believe) that was basically jumped by her ex friends. About 6 of them from ages 14-18, they video-taped the whole thing. Plus they had two guys as look-outs and basically had this girl locked in someones house for about half an hour while they basically beat the crap out of her and yelled at her. All this because she trash talked on myspace. Yes I will admit it was stupid and she had something like this coming to her. But the thing that absolutely boils my blood to the point of where I want to grab a chainsaw and pay these people a visit is the parents of the "attackers". One mother basically said "Well she should have been able to back-up what she was saying." Oh no don't even bloody well GO THERE. How can someone possibly "back-up" what they're saying when they get jumped by people with a strategic attack, and have no way to defend themself? These people had look-outs for christsakes!! And 1 vs 8?!?! Unless you have been trained in some form or self defense, are athletic, OR have mace or a weapon on you there's no way you can stand a chance against that! Seriously, mom's just pissed that her little princess has her record tarnished because princess couldn't take the high road and say "I'm better than this, I don't need to deal with your mouth."
Aaaaand another piece of news that makes me very angry. There was a well "Goth" girl and her boyfriend that were jumped by a gang for how they dressed. They attacked her boyfriend first by punching him and JUMPING ON HIS HEAD until he was knocked out. She was holding him and crying when they went for her. They were kicking her in the face and jumping on her head as well. The girl was in a coma for months until her mother decided to pull the plug since there was no hope for her recovery. The boyfriend was released from the hospital the day they pulled the plug on the girl. The goth and alternitive community have raised money to have a plaque placed on a bench at the girls favorite spot. The thing that pisses me off is yet again, the parents. A few of the mothers of the gang members were LAUGHING during the court precedings!! Freaking laughing!! They were laughing too when the police were questioning their boys. Two of the boys have been convicted so far, and are getting about 20 yrs I believe. But seriously, your kid fricken killed a girl and brutially battered a guy. If want to seriously travel to where these people live and do the same thing to them that happened to the couple. I want to smack the smirks off the mothers faces and rip off their boys genitals so they can'
t reproduce any morons of their own! burning_eyes

Those are very sad stories pineapple. :[ I guess the mothers of the second story don't care about their boys very much if they're laughing as they get sentenced to 20 years of butt rapez. O_o That just shows they don't care about human life to start with.
