Sanzoskitsune Viral C Sanzoskitsune Viral C Sanzoskitsune You OBVIOUSLY didn't read Tsuji's post then. You can use deadly force if they are using deadly force on YOU in other words. If they are trying to kill you you can try to kill them I DID read it and i am putting how it is where I live. Where I live you can't kill an attacker anywhere you go. The moments you heard about probably included the person using more force than his attacker, if your attacker isn't trying to kill you then you can't kill them. That's murder. Also if they are just trying to rob you you can't beat the ever living snot out of them, you have to momentarily impare them in some way and RUN, that's what is legal Where do you live? I live in California, but my argument still stands no matter where you are in the US, you can not use more force than necessary. well then the arguement is useless. you live in california and i live in oklahoma, my governer is differant friom your governer , we abide in differant laws so really this is just a waste of time.

Actually no, because the discussion started not as a matter of law but a matter of personal opinion. Congratulations you are both right in your own regard.
Sanzo would run away and be safe from the law and possibly her attacker. Viral would fight and ensure his attacker would never hurt another person and possibly face a light prison sentence because of it. Meanwhile I would just booby-trap my property and use No Trespassing signs as a disclaimer so my house, family and property is safe in a legal and torturous fashion.

LadiSilverfox aretoo aretoo, while he *is* a white boy, is also a gay boy, and so has avoided the dreaded "white boy shuffle", in which the torso swings , the arms remain below chest level (if not waist level), and the feet remain nailed to the floor. No, aretoo's hands are above his head, his feet are makin' the moves, and a look of bliss is on his face. But something's missing... (overhead lights go off; club lighting and mirror ball turn on) That's more like it! ^_^ *while white and female, still does the "white boy shuffle" and the occasional "raise the roof" or "mash potatoes" because she never learned how to dance*hehehe At high school dances, I tended to stay in the shadows, 'cause I actually *danced*... (never actually "learned"; just loved moving and dancing), and standing out at a small country high school just isn't a good idea... ^_^ (And I was in serious denial at the time, too...) ^_^

Ah, the "Home Alone" defense! ^_^ I am worse, I make traps that leave lasting damage. Fish hooks hanging in thick trees, half sheard metal bars that pop up from the ground and stab into the chest cavatiy hidden in tall grass, pits of deathly falls, etc.
