Viral C LadiSilverfox Viral C Sanzoskitsune Viral C Sanzoskitsune The moments you heard about probably included the person using more force than his attacker, if your attacker isn't trying to kill you then you can't kill them. That's murder. Also if they are just trying to rob you you can't beat the ever living snot out of them, you have to momentarily impare them in some way and RUN, that's what is legal Where do you live? I live in California, but my argument still stands no matter where you are in the US, you can not use more force than necessary. well then the arguement is useless. you live in california and i live in oklahoma, my governer is differant friom your governer , we abide in differant laws so really this is just a waste of time. Actually no, because the discussion started not as a matter of law but a matter of personal opinion. Congratulations you are both right in your own regard.
Sanzo would run away and be safe from the law and possibly her attacker. Viral would fight and ensure his attacker would never hurt another person and possibly face a light prison sentence because of it.Meanwhile I would just booby-trap my property and use No Trespassing signs as a disclaimer so my house, family and property is safe in a legal and torturous fashion.wow you know me already I try and make a point of personally knowing everyone I add to my friends list 4laugh

Ah, the "Home Alone" defense! ^_^ I am worse, I make traps that leave lasting damage. Fish hooks hanging in thick trees, half sheard metal bars that pop up from the ground and stab into the chest cavatiy hidden in tall grass, pits of deathly falls, etc.Pits and pendulums, perhaps? -Tsuji

But you don't have to use your right if you don't want too. Some states make it harder for you to use your rights than others, but ultimately you were both right in the end. I am not easily pissed off, however I was annoyed when she pulled the "What age are you?" card on you. That has no place in a valid discussion, it doesn't matter what age you are and if you were on her side of it she wouldn't have cared. *smooths her ruffled feathers*

In my experience age has nothing to do with intelligence. I have made many friends on this site from ages 10-15 that have more intellectual capacity and understand far more than some 20+ year olds. Heck some of them put me to shame on days.
I also find that education level has very little with intelligence and general knowledge. I am a high school graduate and I can hold in-depth conversation just fine with all of my friends who are college grads.
IQ, believe it or not is also a very bad judge of intelligence. IQ points is only the potential a person has to be able to learn and recall knowledge. My ex-husband was a member of Mensa since he was 8 years old. He had a 160+ IQ...he's an idiot. He can't grasp simple concepts or common sense. He has more book knowledge than anyone I have ever met, but no social skills or concepts of anyone but himself...making him dumb. He can't express any of his knowledge without being an arse. He might have a greater potential than my mere 122 but I make better use of my potential than he does with his.
I’m sorry I am on a philosophical kick today.
