Warnersister Darth_Magus1 Actually leaning towards the house since keep hearing bad things about apt complexs raising rent each year until people move out. I like being a homeowner, but it's *expensive*. You don't have to worry about rent, but your mortgage payments could fluctuate wildly depending on the deal you have, the deals cost a ton of upfront cash and suddenly the maintenance costs are yours to cherish. Oh and take a tip, don't buy at the peak and sell in the crash wink On the other hand, you also don't have to worry about your landlord selling the place out from under you. And if you can keep disciplined, you can pay down the mortgage with lump cash sums and eventually the house is all yours - which would be a really handy position to be in, come retirement. DW
gave it some more thought...going with the apt, less room, easier to maintain...plus if I can get in where I want to...I'll be living right next to work...cut down on driving alot

I-onishi I would like to complain. My job just dropped me. They suddenly tell me Iv been doing things wrong from day one. Yeah well shouldnt you have told me sooner? Like sdo I could fix it ? Or possibly at some other time , when there was acctually something I could do about the situation. Im the bread winner dang it. My fiance has been trying for a job for 3 months with no success. What the heck is the point of hirring someone and then just dumping them for not doing it your way , and never having told them your way. I just want a job , I though for once I'd found a great one. That I was moving up i n the world. Im a licensed medical professional , the least they could do is tell me how to improve. Sorry , I just had to rant , I though for once id get to work on all the things I wanted , but now Im stuck searcvhing for a new job. No time on my hands. Thanks for reading whoever may see fit to listen.
I am in the same problem sweetheart!
Well, I've not been fired -yet- I have a 21 year old "manager" who is making serious problems with me. One being i'm pretty sure he stole $5 from me, then the other day, he didnt finnish his work - so he called our big boss and said he was too busy doing MY job...I was so pissed off scream
Sadly, I've only been employed there for 3 months, so to avoid problems I will probably be let go...My husband is also out of work, the mortgage company he worked for went under crying
It's beyond me how this guy got a manager position when he's 21 / has a GED / and is LAZY...

Hooo boy, did I just get a good one. I wish to complain about:
Moochers trying to pretend they aren't moochers.
Yes, I have stuff. Yes I have gold. No, I'm not going to just give anyting to you simply because you asked "so nice". I'm not a charity dag-nabbit, but there are plenty of threads on Gaia that are. Go there! Leave me alone!
Here's the latest message I received:
pinkrockerluv Hi there, i love your profile and especially your taste in music.I hope that you dont see this as mooching or anything rude like that but,you happen to own a compass of seiden, i was wondering if you could kindly out of the goodness of your heart either donate me enough money to buy it, or give it to me. thankyou, Kay Marie smile ps: please reply either way. thanks! sweatdrop
Notice how she first tries to butter me up with compliments? Big mistake kiddies, because complimenting me right before you ask for something just fuels my answer of "NO". Then she goes on to try deflect my train of thought that she's just another begger, which she fails miserably at because she lists what it is she thinks she is doing right there. Even if I didn't think she was mooching or being rude, apparently she thinks it'll be construed that way. Because she is!
AAAAAUUGHHH!!!!! scream
However, I do find a perverse amusement in replying to such messages without even a flicker of hate speak. As seen below:
FireSpark's Reply Glad you like the profile, and the music. And I believe you mean a Compass of Seidh (pronounced 'shee'). And asking for the gold, or simply be 'given', an item worth so much is hardly rude or mooching. It's downright ridiculous. Run along now.
Hah! Take that!
