Larai offered Daemon a kiss on the cheek before she dug in. After swallowing her first bite she spoke a warm, "Thank you~" before continuing on. It wasn't long before she noticed the box. Curious, she gently reached over to pick it up and examine it. "What's this?" she asked softly.

Daemon grinned as he watched her expression from this point on. "Go ahead and open it." he said softly.

Carefully, Larai opened up the box, only to see one of the most beautiful rings she'd ever laid eyes on. Speaking of which, her eyes widened and began to glisten like the diamonds she kept her gaze on. After a few moments of gaping she glanced over at Daemon, wondering what he had to say about the gift.

Gently taking one of her hands in his, Daemon lovingly looked into Larai's eyes and asked softly "Will you marry me?"

Larai lightly guasped, her face flushing up to a bright red. She never, ever expected a moment like this to come. For a split seccond, even, her mind seemed to melt down from the shock. After the recovery, she kissed him and muttured her reply, "..Yes, I will."

(I think anime and roleplays have killed any I hope I have of ever getting married. My expectations are way too high now. XD )

"Good, otherwise I'd probably be a depressed ball of shadow on the wall right about now." Daemon said with a smile, now holding her in his arms.

{Don't worry; you're not alone. XD I will probably never marry at this rate. Then again, my expectations were high to begin with - and I live in an area of ghetto rats, brainless rednecks, and hideous casanova-wannabes. It's not such a tragic loss, to be honest, considering my options at the moment being.}

Larai snuggled close to Daemon, a broad grin on her lips. "Whatever made you think I'd say no?"

(Then I don't blame you. XD )

"Well for one thing I'm a mentally unstable demon, apparently." Daemon said with a chuckle. "I haven't even gotten the okay from your parents really. I just hope they don't murder me on the spot for this."

"I'll make sure they don't, don't worry~" Larai replied in a reassuring tone, slipping on her ring before offering Daemon one more kiss.

"I hope you like it." Daemon said returning the kiss on her cheek. "I'm now totally broke and I owe Kai money now." he said with a sheepish chuckle.

 

[M3Gnificent]

"If you need any help raising the money, I'd be more than happy to help out."

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"We can worry about that later, assuming he doesn't pile up the interest on me. Besides, now we've got our own things to save money for."

Larai chuckled. "Indeed we do~"

"I wonder if Milly would want to be our flower girl?" Daemon mused with a small chuckle, fantasies of their wedding day already filling his head.

Larai began thinking of what they might do for their wedding as well. "Maybe." she chuckled, imagining how adorable it'd be to see Milly - as she currently was - in one of those cute little dresses.
