"Eh...I really don't want to know sakura-san..." By living it the way he wants to "What if I he can't?" If he cant kill himself? Then i dont really think he wants to die. "What if some people that like the person,that that person once helped a lot and such..."
"what If the person knows several people will kill themselves as soon as the person gives up?"
"what If the person saved many lives but lost those he was supposed to save?" If he really believed in death none of that would matter, all those things are why you just dont really want to die. "Eh,that and the fact according to medical records I died a lot before"

"but If I stay here,My inside will die..and I'll become one of those other highly educated robot people here.."

"beyond that,I get labeled that i'm to nice and happy go lucky to be a goth"
