Larai couldn't help but grin like a fool just hearing him call her his fiance. "If you insist." she chuckled, pulling away for the moment to go and attempt to cook.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Whatever it is, I'm sure I'll love it." Daemon said giving her a kiss on the cheek before letting her go while he took a seat at the dining room table, still beaming.

Larai went on and did her best to cook him a good breakfast. She was a little rusty, to say the very least, in concern to cooking - but it wasn't that bad at all. At least, not in comparison to Mala's cooking. Once she was finished she tried a tiny bit of it, only to be highly dissappointed with how she did.

"Maybe one of these days I'll give you some pointers." Daemon said with an amused smile after coming up behind her and poking his head over her shoulder after smelling her progress. It seemed rare these days to have this kind of fun together without Milly around.

"Yes, please, my cooking's atrocious!" Larai replied amusedly, unable to help but laugh at how horrible she percieved her cooking to be. "Shall I scrap this and try again? Or would you actually be mad enough to eat this muck?"

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Oh, it's not that bad!" Daemon assured her after getting a fork and trying a bite. "Even then, I'd still eat it. I was hardly a chef at first and yet you and Milly still ate my cooking."

 

[M3Gnificent]

"You sure? I don't want you dying of food poisoning here just because I'm a terrible chef." Larai replied half-jokingly.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"If you can't heal me, I'm sure you could convince Van and Mala to give up some medicine." Daemon said said with a smile.

 

[M3Gnificent]

"Just don't hate me later for this." Larai chuckled, hesitantly handing him the food she made while holding a sheepish look about her.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"No matter what my alternatives, I'd take a meal cooked by you any day." Daemon said taking the plate as he gave her a peck on the cheek before going to sit down and dine.

Larai grinned before offering Daemon a kiss on the cheek and leaving the room. She was happy to see that he'd eat her food, at least. She couldn't help but feel at least a little insecure about it, though.

((Watching a late night stand up show showing real things found on ebay right now. Some guy was selling his friendship for a year for $0.99. It was sold for $1.25, which meant people were actually fighting for it. XD ))

"So who should we gush to first about this?" Daemon said with a grin as he ate with little problem.

((There's also a "refurbished post-it note" that started at $0.25. This thing was whited out and the description even said it wouldn't stick as well. It sold for $10.75. XDD ))

{Rofl! XD I didn't know friendship was that expensive! *zing!*}

"Before or after we hold our private 'celebration'?" Larai asked with a broad grin. She now stood at the hallway, facing Daemon from where she stood.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Mmm....after. If I could, I'd find a way to make the whole day special, for just the two of us, but I've never been one for planning." Daemon said sheepishly.

((I'm more amused that more than one person actually bid on it. And then the war stopped at $1.25. XD ))

 

[M3Gnificent]

"Then how about we spend the whole day together and do whatever comes to mind at the moment?" Larai suggested, walking over to go and sit beside Daemon now.
