Indy's poor fragile mind had been damaged, and she was too tired to recover right away. In her moment of weakness, her body was taken by an alter-ego known as Princess Cherry Blossom.
She glided back into the room in a Kimono painted to look like cherry blossom trees in bloom, her hair pinned up, and carrying a fan.
