Sorry, I'm watching vids of fencing on YouTube. The one guy was getting mad because the judge kept calling double-contacts in favor of the other guy. @Seph- If you're still here, I just now saw your question. I don't know what the difference between the rule sets are, but there are different ways of keeping time. You could, for example, give a set 30 minute timer, that once done, you're out of time, or five minutes per turn. The rulse and time are two different aspects. -Tsuji -Tsuji
