"And aside from killing Daemon the second he screws up, there's really not a whole lot else we can do." Van pointed out.

Mala pouted and looked away, now crossing her arms in a childish manner. "Well that just about ruins my day..."

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"I'm sorry." Van said giving her a kiss on the cheek. "Here, have a baby. They're well known for brightening people's moods." he said with a small as he brought his tail around to offer her the chance to hold Anise.

 

[M3Gnificent]

Mala offered a small smile and a chuckle, soon taking Anise and snuggeling with the little baby. She offered Van a small kiss in return, accompanied by a calm yet cheery, "Thank you."

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Always happy to put a smile on your face." Van said with a smile when a thought struck him. "Speaking of babies, Larai's probably going to be due sometime soon."

 

[M3Gnificent]

"In just a couple months, she'll be a mom too..." Mala muttured, that hopeless 'I am growing old and my babies do not love me anymore' face coming about her once again.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"On the bright side, we're the youngest, hottest looking grandparents in the world." Van joked. "Seriously though, don't worry so much. You're her mother, she could never hate you. You've taught her most of what she knows and I'm sure she's thankful for that."

 

[M3Gnificent]

"I can't argue with that~" Mala said, grinning now and offering Van a playful and flirty wink. "I would hope so. It's bad enough already that she's all grown up..."

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"If she doesn't still love you, she's getting disowned." Van half-joked. "You shouldn't sound so pessimistic. Only old, mortal grandparents worry about things like that since they've only got so much time to live."

 

[M3Gnificent]

"I guess so. Still, it's hard to not think of them as my precious little babies." Mala replied, resting her head on Van's shoulder as they walked along.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"I don't know about babies, but they'll always be our beloved children." Van said with a smile as he rested his head on hers.

 

[M3Gnificent]

"Yes, they will. Now and forever." Mala smiled all the more, happy to have Van to support her when she needed it most.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Right along with the latest additions to our family. We've still got at least a few years of adorable babies." Van said looking down at his baby boy, tickling his tummy slightly.

"Sometimes I just wish it'd last a little longer, though."

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Please don't go casting any slow-aging spells on our kids." Van joked.
