yeah we gots these holes on the side of the house that underneath is metal... and they peck at it.... *grrr face*

hehehe Yep... been THISBUSY all day. Week. Month. Ugh. ^_^
aretoo grew up on a farm... the woodpeckers liked the metal roofs of the outbuildings and would start a-knockin' 5:30 or 6 in the morning towards summer, when they started mating season... smile

Yeah, I figured (since it's nowhere near mating season, even in California)... just noting what they did near me when I was growing up. And it's REALLY LOUD on metal. (It attracts mates, a nice example of adapting to humans). ^_^
