After a brief moment of peaceful satisfaction, a sharp whistle came from the kitchen, snapping Van's attention away from Mala for the moment. "Almost forgot about the tea. You could probably use a cup to relax a bit with everything that's been going on." he said gently moving Mala off of him before going to pour the both of them a cup.

Jaquel was out and about with the ladies of his choice, one on each arm, when he saw the crowd that was partially blocking the street. "Oh, what is it this time?" he grumbled in annoyance. "Let's move it along, people! You know what happens when we block the streets!" he said clapping his hands a bit to get the people's attention. The punishment for men of course being harsher than for women.

Mala nodded. "Yes, I'd like one very much. Thank you."

"W-we should probably go." Milly muttured in a sheepish tone of voice, a look of fear in her eyes. Two situations could occur at this point. Somehow, Ariae and Jaquel could team up - giving Milly even more hell than before. Or, the more likely, they'll clash - catching her in the middle! Milly gulped.

Ariae shrugged. "Very well. We sold almost all of the sample merchandise anyway." she muttured, casting a spell to summon a spiked collar around Milly's neck with a chain leash attached. As Milly carried the few remainders, Ariae dragged her along with the chain leash - being among the last of the crowd to disperse.

Van brought out a whole tea tray which he set on the coffee table; cups, teapot, cream, sugar, the whole nine yards. "Now here's hoping that really was easy as it seemed and that I didn't botch making tea." Van said as he set the tray down.

Jaquel raised a stern eyebrow at the pair as they walked past. "Melodia, I thought you said you were going to find work, not become a sex slave of all things." he said, having known only a couple of uses for a spiked color.

Mala chuckled. "Well, there's only one way to find out."

Not reccognising Jaquel's voice, Ariae decided to speak up. "If I were going to sleep with her, I would've done it already. She's my servant and nothing more. I just like showing dominance over my animals, that's all." She didn't even look back as she said this, not really caring to in all honesty.

Milly looked like a corpse as she was dragged along, not saying anything lest she offend either party. She gave one last glance over to her father, having an almost pleading look in her eyes as she mentally begged for an escape from this situation.

"Well one way or another, I will not have my daughter acting as a slave on a leash!" Jaquel said as he promptly walked over and grabbed the leash from Ariae's hand.

Van couldn't help but chuckle a bit as added the cream and sugar as needed to their cups before handing one to Mala. "I'm having another one of those 'I never imagined I'd be doing something like this' moments. The Thief God sitting down for a nice cup of tea."

"She signed a dark contract, so she has no choice in the matter!" Ariae turned to take the leash back, glaring at Jaquel. He somehow looked familiar, but she disregarded it for the moment.

"Life's full of surprises, isn't it?" Mala said, amused now that she thought of it. "Until I met you, I never actually thought I'd get to live this long or have children. I never thought I'd marry or quit living as a priestess. But now..."

((I am now 90% sure the people in the dorm next to me are having sex. For the past hour and a half or so, I've heard nothing but female squeaking and the occasional banging coming through the wall. O_o))

"Funny what a possessed brother and rampaging demon can do to a person's lifestyle." Van chuckled with a smile.

"You did what?!" Jaquel gave Milly a rather angry look before turning back to Ariae. "Let me see!!" he demanded with a growl.

{Damn. If it were me dealing with that, I would've been highly annoyed and disturbed.}

"I didn't have a choice! She poisoned my drink and it was either that or I'd die in five minutes!" Milly explained, tears welling up in her eyes.

Ariae pulled out the contract, smirking. "If she doesn't be a good girl and act like the loyal slave she now should be, she'll be eaten by a Zfesinmaal!~" she exclaimed in a haughty manner, quite proud of this. "Oh, and don't bother trying to rip it. That won't work." One might note that she used the angelic name for that sort of hellspawn.

"You're telling me!~" Mala said, grabbing a cup of tea and blowing away some of the steam. After that, she took a small sip. She smiled to herself. Even if it felt like her tongue was burning, this was how she liked it. Piping hot tea was just so relaxing~

Jaquel leaned forward to get a closer look at the contract as though intensely examining it. "Well, what about this then?" he said, somehow causing the contract to spontaneously combust in black flame.

With his own cup in one hand, Van returned to sitting next to Mala with his free hand around her shoulder and a smile on his face as he rested his head against hers.

((I'm going to go for dinner, I'll bbl. Partly because I'm hungry, partly because I don't want to listen to any more pornographic audio. x_x))

"You do realize that's just a copy, right?" Ariae pointed out, grinning broadly now. "Besides, destruction of the actual contract would lead to the same consequences of failure~" After a moment she then said in a wicked tone of voice, "But I can be convinced to let her go if someone more valuable takes her place!♥"

Milly looked like a zombie, feeling dead inside for knowing of the terrible fate she would most likely have.

Mala sipped her tea every now and then, just sitting there with a feeling of serene bliss about her.

((The events my dorm room holds are confusing and bizarre. There'll be posters around with the event name and location and time, but not what it is. So all I know is that there's something going on this friday called 'Physiology, Pleasure, and Sex Toys.' With the added bonus of there being prizes.))

Jaquel straightened back up and gave Ariae a look that made most people think 'oh god I'm on his bad side time to kiss a**'. "I'd advise you to let her go before worse consequences befall you."

"Please! I've seen worse than some rich b***h daddy with daughter-issues." Ariae said, keeping her smirk. Having been knocked down so many times, having everything taken from her, and everything else she's dealt with has done wonders for her bravery. Well, that, plus, she stopped caring about herself a long long time ago. Just to piss him off further, Ariae looked over to Milly and said, "Girl! Should your father try to harm me in any way, shape, or form...I want you to kill yourself. If you don't, you'll pretty much die anyway - just in a far more painful manner."

Jaquel's near trademark grin of demonitude creased his lips as he suddenly grabbed Ariae's arm. "I believe that would depend on your definition of 'harm' my dear. I'm sure I could please you far more than any man or woman on this earth." he said running a finger down her neck and towards her chest. Stubborn and spunky women always demanded a different tactic to break. There was a reason he hated spunk.

Ariae held a look that made it quite obvious that she wasn't convinced. "Where have I heard that one before? Oh, that's right! Every other man that I've ever slept with, that's where!" After the rolling of her eyes she said, "Now, unless you have a business proposition for me, I'll be taking my leave - and I'll be taking my new slave with me too."

"I'm not one for being on the bottom, but I'm sure we can work something out." Jaquel said, maintaining his grin as he tightened his grip on her.
