Mala snickered. "You sure he'd actually be upset about that? Seems more likely he'd be upset simply because another beautiful godly woman would promise herself to another." she replied, noting how Atius always seemed so jealous of Van most of the time.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"I forget, was he still stuck in that wussy mortal body and the ring when he was doing that stupid 'steal all magic' plan? That's the last I remember seeing him." Kai mused.

"I can't recall; I was too horrorstruck by your awful one-liner and stupidity that led to my getting a different lower half." Van noted. "You get points for calling him Asshatius though."

 

[M3Gnificent]

"Not that the lower half was a bad thing..." Mala noted with a small smirk.

Larai shook her head slightly and slipped her hand into Daemon's, offering him a broad smile yet again.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Seriously? You're going to talk about that sort of thing now?" Kai said before shaking his head in shame. "And here I was hoping you two would behave yourselves today..."

 

[M3Gnificent]

"What? All I said was that it wasn't a bad thing. I didn't outright state anything!" Mala replied with a small pout.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"You implied it. There are children present!"

"Ever get the feeling we're missing something?" Senel said with a bit of a confused expression as he looked to his sister.

((The lack of decent pictures of young anime children annoys me.))

"Come on! It's not like they'll understand that implication. Besides, I was just saying that surviving was just as easy with his tail as it was without." Mala rolled her eyes, acting like a child being scolded by her parent. Rather ironic, really.

"When are we not?" Anise asked with a snarky grin. She was smart enough to piece things together based on the stuff she'd snuck into and the like. It was icky, but not all too surprising.

"Did you sneak into mom's private library again?" Senel scolded. "You know we're not supposed to read that stuff!" he hissed.

 

[M3Gnificent]

"Not in the past week." Anise replied with a small shrug. She didn't even seem to care that she had broke the rules.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Doesn't mean you're not gonna get busted for it later. Mom always seems to know exactly how she left her books." Senel pointed out.

 

[M3Gnificent]

"I'll bruise my knees and say I tripped and knocked the books over. Trying to be responsible for my folly, I put them back." Anise replied with a cocky smirk.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Remind me again, just how many lessons have mom and dad given you so far?" Senel asked flatly. "I know they're all eager for us to be great thieves or whatever, but starting kinda early, don't you think?"

 

[M3Gnificent]

"Thievery or no, I just know when to play my cards and when not to." Anise giggled. "If you know how to shuffle the deck, people make great playing cards too."

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"I think you're picking up mom's lessons a little too well...." Senel said with a sweatdrop.

 

[M3Gnificent]

"What can I say? I'm a fast learner." Anise then asked, "Speaking of lessons, how have yours been going?"
