Range:
History: Jess doesn't remember her family at all. She doesn't know if she never knew them or if she just has some form of amnesia. All she knows is that she has occasional urges for blood/meat. She goes into a crazy bloodlust and hunts anything or anyone around her until it is sated. As far as she is concerned this is how it has always been.
She never stays for too long in one area, preferring to wander aimlessly so that the locals don't chase her out after noticing the oddities around her. The longest she has ever stayed somewhere is a few months, when she met Devicius. They had a quiet romance in the woods, both convinced that they were in love with the other to the point where they finally confessed distressing secrets to each other. Devicius could not accept Jessamine's lust for blood and renounced her and her then unborn children. She was fairly distressed, sliced into him with her knife to repay some of the pain she felt because of him, and then fled.
Later, after the foals were placed in their baskets, she encountered another angeni who reminded her of her lover. After a brief conversation she realized that she would never be able to love and raise children, she crept off in the night and abandoned the baskets with Ignis (the angeni).
She has not seen her children since that night, she doesn't know what either of them even look like, just what the markings on their baskets alluded to. Afraid now to meet them again, she avoids the mountains where she knows Ignis lives and has returned to her empty life of wandering and killing to satisfy her cravings.
The only companion she keeps is an owl she named Cleaver in honor of her knife who she occasionally tasks with hiding said knife from her. During these times she is trying to 'fix' herself to not crave meat anymore but inevitably returns to her old ways.

- Jessamine has wolf teeth. These are overgrown/extra/sharp teeth that foals are sometimes born with. Not really enough to be 'fangs' irl, but for the sake of my character they are a bit unrealistic.
Jess tends to grind her teeth, because of her cleaver. When it is not in her mouth and she gets agitated or uncertain, she grinds them instead of biting down on the handle. It has a fair few teeth marks that have been worn into it over the years.
Photosensitive-ness runs in her family. She prefers the darkness of an old-growth forest if she is awake during the day (which is rare). Otherwise she highly prefers the nighttime. Her daughter Jezabelle inherited this trait, but it seems to have intensified in a strange twist of genetics.
