"I can understand that." Pumpkin pondered the thought of motherhood for a moment longer. She felt that she was sufficiently skilled in handeling children as a Kindergarden teacher, but before or beyond that she was clueless. Babies were a mystery, and no doubt teenagers were a nightmare she did not wish to bother with. At least, as far as teaching and baby-sitting went. But in reality, to raise a child through all these stages of life? She was uncertain. "Often times I ponder that myself. Do I want to be a mother someday? Teaching kindergardeners is pleasant enough, but I feel especially empty when it's time for Graduation. All the memories made with those little ones linger in my head, yet completely slip away from theirs." Although Pumpkin was still smiling, her voice could not help but sound at least a little forlorn. "I have to wonder if it's the same with one's actual children. In that case, wouldn't it be regrettable if the same were to happen? To put in all that love, effort, and care only for them to forget both it and you the moment they reach adulthood? Many people don't care to keep in much contact with their parents, only choosing to value their time with them after death has begun to leave its mark. Many adults I know of even speak of visiting their parents or in-laws as if it were an obligation, a chore at best." After thinking back and realising just how solumn she sounded, Pumpkin let out a soft chuckle once more. "Oh my, I must sound incredibly silly to think such things. But at times, I have to wonder. I believe I do want to be a mother someday, but I don't honestly wish to experience the emptiness that would come once they leave me behind in my empty nest."

"Well, if you ever find yourself with an empty nest, just call your best friend Lucy and I'll come and fill it." Lucy pat her friend's head gently. "And by that I mean I'll get you drunk and I'll hold your hair back when you puke because you haven't drank in... actually, I don't think I've ever seen you drink but anyways, after that I'll tuck you in and when you're asleep I'll molest you." Smiling cheerfully, Lucy kissed Pumpkin's cheek seven times again.

Pumpkin snickered at the mere thought of drinking. She didn't dare touch alchohol, and for several good reasons. In fact, she had never let even a drop of liquor draw anywhere near her lips. Not that she would dare to admit such a thing in front of Lucy. She adored the witch, but had absolutely no doubt that revealing such information would only lead to unpleasant circumstances one way or another. "Well, for the moment, neither of us will have to worry about that now will we? We've still got ourselves to attend to, after all."

"It's invite only. That's why I kick you out. Also, I want you to be miserable. It's like cake to me."
"I suppose." Lucy hugged her friend around the waist. "So, do you think you could introduce me to some housewives? I'm all lonely, Pumpkin. So, so lonely." She pouted a little, then squeezed Pumpkin.

"I'll think about it." Pumpkin replied in a teasing manner, a playful smirk forming itself easilly amongst her features. "By the way, are you ready to go soon? I'm itching to do some walking. I'd suggest broomstick, but the weather isn't good for it and it's too bright out."

"Just because it's invite only doesn't mean she can't show up." Lucien said with a smirk. As a vampire, she couldn't actually enter without an invitation of course, but he knew how persistant Claudia could be. "I of all people know how hard it is to get rid of her."

"If she shows up, I'll tell her to find you. Bye, Sparkles!" The werewolf hung up and then examined himself in the mirror. Perfect! Happy, he went downstairs to wait for his guests.
Sighing heavily, Lucy said, "Only if I get to jump on your back and ride you like a pony. I don't wanna walk. I wanna ride my bestie like she's a pony and then we have to joust with someone. I'll supply the lances."

Letting out a nervous laugh, Pumpkin pointed out, "For one, it's raining. For another, last time we did that I fell on my bum and you almost broke your neck after you fell backwards. Given, you got back up and started stripping in front of everyone. Also given, I think you were drunk."

Anabell felt her hair rinsed and began to shy away from the massage. Pampering or not, one thing for too long was prone to bore her and she might just start some trouble that her brother wouldn't be fond of cleaning up. For a human, he'd had to do much more in the realms of the supernatural than many mortals could even imagine. Sweeping boys off the front step, parking tickets through the roof, and even one or two pay-offs for people to keep their mouths shut.
Fae are, of course, naturally mischievous.
Mischievous enough to sense some sort of mischievous intent from the woman washing her hair, at the very least.

"Don't you have work or something?...." Lucien said with a twitch in his eye as he stared down at his phone after Cassiel hung up on him. It was such a nice and gloomy day out, he even needed his umbrella and everything, just the kind of weather he enjoyed, and then those two had to go and ruin it for him. He'd either spend tonight getting dragged off to a stupid club or getting mixed up in the orgy in an attempt to crash it. He was really going to need a drink tonight. Shame he didn't have a steady blood source to fix that.

"Nah." She giggled. "I wasn't drunk, I was high. Just a little, I mean. And those were good days. Which reminds me, I should really call the girl that got on her knees to, um, help me out." Lucy giggled again and then gave Pumpkin's arm seven pats. "Let's go now, sweetie."

"Well, uhm, feel free to do that. Just...please don't steal my phone to reccord anything wierd again, okay?" Pumpkin let out a small chuckle, soon standing herself up and grabbing her favorite white hairbow along the way. Simply out of habit, she put her hair up in a ponytail before she slipped on her black boots and headed towards the door. She made absolutely sure to grab her umbrella, since she did not intend on arriving anywhere sopping wet from the rain.

"That masturbation session was beautiful, not weird," Lucy protested with a pout. "It wasn't even me that did it. It was Ashley's idea," she added, naming one of her ex-girlfriends. One of her many ex-girlfriends.

"Just save that for your own phone, please. It's weird for a Kindergarden teacher to have that on her phone. Especially when she's so bad with technology as to accidentally open up random files during nap time or lunch break when she's trying to send a text." Pumpkin let out a soft sigh as she dragged Lucy out the door and towards the entrance of her current home. "Thank goodness I was able to delete it before my poor students could hear anything." she grumbled ever so softly to herself.

((Where are Lucy and Pumpkin now? If they're just walking I might have Lucien meet up with them to give me something to do. >>;; ))
