[Bill the Cat] I'm 52, and my Love of my Life is 19. All you kiddies who think there's something wrong with that, hey, GET OVER IT! If you're old enough to make choices like that, who's to say that your choices are somehow "bad" or "wrong"? You don't generally get to pick who you're gonna fall in love with. I didn't, and I know that she didn't either. You get talking with someone, and something clicks inside, and you realize that you've just been talking to someone you want to be around, period. That's it! Doesn't matter who it is, doesn't matter how old. If it works, it works. WHY NOT?? xd heart heart heart heart heart that is not bad if you love them enough. Yes i agree to that too. My ex was 4 years older than myself...
I don't think age difference matters... as long as your in love.
Although.. she still has alot of her life to live... so aren't you ever afraid that she might have an affair or.. something.
I hope you don't take that offensivly.

seems creepy to me. i'm all for love n all but your age range is wildly extreme. she's barely an adult and can't even (legally) drink. hmmm, so why post this anyway?

I believe that if its legal and you love her and she indeed loves you then what other people think should not matter.
My boyfriend and I are 2 years 8 months apart and love eachother very much.

I don't think the OP is 52 to be honest.
And the answer to his quibble is society. As long as you live in one, you have to deal with its standards and laws. Humans as a whole are creatures of society.

I'm just curious as to why you posted this topic.
Do you have insecurities and want some support from others you don't know?
Or maybe you "fell in love" just to be rebelious and fight the odds and are trying to spur others to disagree with you so that you can actually "fight".
Or maybe you are honestly in love and want to start a conversation about something that is very real to you. So that others can debate and you can bring in a real life experience to set the record straight.
I think that if you honestly are in love and ur partner doesn't mind that you are most likely going to die about 30 years before them, then go for it and enjoy yourselves. If you found real love you deserve to be together.

'_' Ooh, I'm 21 and my poot is 17. It wouldnt be a big deal if HE was older than ME, but because its the other way around his mum takes a s**t fit.
Myaa, I dont rly care if one person is so much older than the other. Love is love, and nothing should get in a person's way of their feelings. But I'm curious as to how long you've been together, and whether you're entirely sure if you DO love one another or not.
If you've barely been together for a month, than you could just be infactuated with her and her young age. You're also 52, it could always be a mid-life crisis, ohoho. surprised
(and incase ya wanna know me and poot been together 1.5 years. Afufu)
