[Chakra:] 200 [Speed/Strength:] 11/8 [Technique(s) Used:] PASSIVE ABILITIES • My Terrible Life • Over the rpc's life, they will go through multiple traumatizing events that will cause their mark of chaos to increase in length and travel from one side of the body to another.
• My Dark Soul • Depending on the rank, the user can regenerate wounds as the darkness will proceed to heal damaged cells and repair organs. Genin can fix and repair cuts and stabs of kunai and needle size, as well as bruises, aches, and pains. Chuunin can heal tear in muscles, sword cuts, and deep gashes. Jounin can heal abrasions, missing limbs, missing organs, and afflictions of illness. Kage can reattach their heads if decapitated, reassemble their brain or skeletal structure, and even defend infections to the bloodstream of any kind. This regeneration only works if the user has chakra and they will not heal in battle, unless no action (movement/evading does not count) has occurred that post.
• A Big Ol' Storm of Chaos • The user's darkness and chaos can be manipulated and can infect the area around them. The darkness and chaos works like a defense and as an attack mechanism (like Gaara's Sand). The darkness and chaos manipulation's strength, only goes to A-rank, no higher. Things of natural born entities (trees and plant-life, etc.) dies around the darkness and chaos. They also have a choice, if they choose not to manipulate any darkness, it can add a rank to the darkness element's strength.
• Yukigoshi This technique cannot be used in battle but is the main travel way of the Lazarus. They open a door of darkness and slip through it, and they can enter any thread or subforum they wish. Similar to teleportation, but can only travel during the night. They can only teleport to locations that they have been too.
• The Fading Sun This passive is something that makes the heavens look down upon this clan. When they enter the thread, they are able to completely block the sun to make the entire area dark. Of course the external sources of lights will not be extinguished. The way they cover the sun is by exerting a blaze of darkness to the sky, the acts as a mirror to the other side of the sky, except its dark and murky.
Completed BL stages • Stage One -- The Tainted Genin (Begins with the death of a family member or anything close in tragedy) The rpc's life begins in great tragedy as something happens to break the rpc's heart and makes them lose trust and belief in the world, tainting their heart with darkness. The manipulation and tainting using darkness and chaos is very little at this rank and the transformation only causes the marks to glow during activation, which only happens during high amounts of stress or anger. The user's perception is heightened and if the user obtains a small fraction of the opponent's blood, the user can sense the opponents heartbeat while they are hidden, even behind walls, making sneaking pretty much impossible to them, receiving more of the opponent's blood will allow for them to be tainted by the user(the rpc must insert darkness into the opponent through physical contact), being tainted will cause their movements to weaken, their body to also constantly be in pain(though small), the tainting will cause them to lower one of their stats by 2 for the rest of the battle. This stage has a limit of 15 posts, no further. +3 pts. of chakra would have to be given each post afterwards to extend the use. You may add +1/+1 to both stats when your stage activates.
• Stage Two -- The Pained Chuunin (Begins with the murder of a close friend or the death of someone closer than a family member) The rpc's life takes another dangerous turn as the friend's blood traces along the rpc's face, the lover's blood if need be, the rpc's heart darkens and becomes a more...dreary existence, life becomes more painful as each day goes by but not without a benefit. The user's manipulation and tainting using darkness and chaos increases, along with more special abilities. The user is given multiple wings that resemble that of an insects, these wings move quickly, so quick that they become a blur upon movement. The wings, touch as they pass each other, giving off a harsh sound, the sound, if heard, gives off a dangerous madness-based genjutsu of Chuunin-ranked (chakra points must be given for the jutsu to activate), the genjutsu causes the opponent to become enveloped in darkness, pulled into the darkness and seems to be eaten alive even, the darkness devours them until there is nothing left but the darkness itself...did I also forget to mention the darkness? The wings also give flight. The user can taint the opponent's heart with more darkness than before, making their movements more...sluggish and also give them average amounts of internal pain. This stage has a limit of 12 posts, no further. +5 pts. of chakra would have to be given each post afterwards to extend the use. Add +2/+1 to both stats when the stage is activated, the stats do not stack with previous stages.
• Stage Three -- The Engulfed Jounin (Begins with the shinobi's home village being destroyed or the shinobi leaving their village to become a rogue) The shinobi's life dives into a darker world as their entire life shatters before their very eyes, clarity is scarce and very thought of being strong comes from the very hatred that lies in your heart. The user's tattoos spread around the arms and turn both arms into a darkened black. During this stage, the user grows 4 more arms, each made from the darkness and chaos of one's heart. These arms are easy to be destroyed but will always grow back, no matter the circumstance, only when the user exits the form will these arms disappear, these arms can be used for handseals, launching jutsu, holding weapons, or regular taijutsu, nothing more. The tainting of one's heart with darkness grows stronger and causes them to receive heavier damage when tainted(more prone to damage), this is the limit of this tainting and will go no higher in the fourth stage. This stage has a limit of 8 posts, no further. +10 pts. of chakra would have to be given each post afterwards to extend the use. Masako looked over to Akuma as he entered. Though she had never seen him before, she already knew something was wrong with him. His soul and chakra were damaged. It was almost as if they had been torn to pieces and then put back together over and over again. It was rather pathetic really that such a weak creature would cling to life still. The feel of death still clung to its soul. Worse, something had taken pity on that shameful creature and brought it back into this world. Only the worthy should be granted a second chance, not the gutter trash that knelt at the feet of real shinobi. Masako considered killing Akuma, but then she remembered an important fact, and this is that Death does not like to be cheated. One way or another, he would die again, and probably very soon.
When Armand finally finished speaking, Masako jumped down off the table sitting down. He had said something about being passive, which never got anyone anywhere. What did get her attention was 'burn it all'. That would be just the beginning.

Up the stairs, dressed in civilian's clothes and carrying a backpack that clanked as he walked, came a tiny man that people saw only occasionally around the village. He had his purple bandanna tied around his arm, his bald head ringed by his Oto headband, a few spots of blood on his face and knuckles. "Ararara... Right in the middle of such a pleasant conversation. Otokage-hakase," the man asked - for his voice painted him as a man, no matter his stature, and a heavy smoker at that, an observation the stench of tobacco around him bore up - as he entered the village leader's office, shifting his backpack so he'd be more comfortable. "I hope the village is in danger, for me to be called away from such a terribly interesting spy I was delivered last week. So troublesome to pick up again after they've settled down..."

Maliudex walked through the building before stopping at the door of the Otokage’s office. With the recent events there was mass hysteria in the village and outlying districts were banging on their walls to come inside for the protection they were able to offer. The recent summons by the Otokage made matters better as the civilians saw that firm and effective leadership was taking place. There were some who were afraid mainly because many shinobi were no longer standing around to protect them, but they knew that having them face the problem would be better in the long run.
After pushing through the crowds and arriving where he currently stood at the door, time would only pass for a second before he knocked and entered. Normally he was required to wait but the summons was urgent so he also needed to act with urgency. Upon entering he moved to the side of the room and made a small bow to the kage.

Armand stood atop the roof of the office, civilians gathering around the building. There were things afoot. Rifts were being opened, passed loved ones were rising again. The balance of things was upset. Armand raised his hands. Slowly, the clambering of the panicked crowd settled to a a dull drone.
The Otokage raised his voice. "My people. In my short time that you've allowed me to lead you to glory and a new world. Our little village has grown prosperous in such little time. We've all grown together, as family of Sound. I understand the gravity of the situation. Some unknown forces threaten our way of life. They crossed the line when we saw the faces of loved ones past raise their hands against us."
He paused and signaled the airship with his arm. "You have my promise, that the military of this great nation will deal with this problem efficiently, swiftly, and with brutality! Otogakure is going to be on the front lines, and together, WE ARE GOING TO <********> THEM IN HALF!"
With a wave of his hand, the Idol of the Heavens would fire off an immense sonic blast into the sky, followed by a playing of patriotic music, native to the Land of Sound. Cheers and screams erupted from the crowd. Good. There was hope.
Armand retreated soon to the office, and then to the meeting room. He sighed and then quickly said. "Great. They have no idea that I don't have a plan yet. Alright~"
The Otokage brought up a close-up map of the country and the area where reports of a rift had opened. Regardless of who was in the room, Armand would explain and make markings. "You've all received your position assignments. Epsilon will lead the charge and make our entry easier. Hit hard, fast, and get out. Epsilon will rejoin the rest of us and give us numbers and a layout. The Idol of the Heavens will enter first with us, hitting hard and softening the entry with its sonic cannon. Then, Bravo and Charlie will split to the right of our charge and push outward against the forces in that direction. Foxtrot and Delta will do the same to the right. Alpha will strike up the middle and clear through the softened path. We'll split them right down the middle and advance to the rift. When it's clear, Bravo will join Alpha for support. All others will form a perimeter and bring up security~"
Armand gave a stomp and turned around, looking at the room. "Questions?~"

Making his way through the building without no real knowledge of it, Oga had never been in the Kage's building in this village so he was somewhat lost but amazed, not taking long he saw what looked like another Shinobi making his way around and with all the recent happenings it would only make sense that more people were summoned to the office, Oga would slowly follow the Shinobi until he found himself where he wanted to be. Oga would enter the room right behind Maliudex and also find himself placed next to him in a corner of the room, The Kage knew why he was there so there was no need to pronounce himself to the quite great crowd was formed inside the office, Oga had expected that lots of people would be there but not this many but nothing of that mattered now, he was here and ready to do what the village required him for.
Thankfully enough Oga was able to enter just in time to see the Kage himself also enter, there was no formalities, it was direct. The plans for the war sounded solid and Oga approved of them in silence, Oga and someone called Sumiko were to lead the charge, a vital role if they were to win this battle, not knowing who this person is would not interfere in anything since it was the Kage himself that made the teams he should know who fit together with who. Oga was all set to leave at any given time since he had all he needed the two trusty old katanas by his side.

Isuni took a moment to look around at everyone else present before raising his hand. The free one, that is. The other was already pulling his backpack off so he could get out a few pairs of earbuds. "Permission to attempt a capture on a single specimen? Could make for a fascinating glimpse into the effects of postmortem chakra network degeneration. Oh," he added, holding up the earbuds, little plugs designed to only very slightly muffle and distort sound, not even enough to hamper in combat. "Anyone near Bravo, plus Yami-shi, you'll need a pair of these in."

Kya could hear his speech from her seat inside of the office, looking at the crowd she could see from her seat at the table. She furrowed her brow as she realized another war had begun, and sighed. Monsters spawn like maggots in this weird world in which the reside. Kya played with a black ball of fire, making shapes out of it as she awaited their vehement leader. She looked absolutely exhausted with him by the time he began speaking. She realized acutely that she wasn't actually on any of those lists. Sepia... guarding the shogun. It made sense to a point, but she had other uses. With a deep exhale she opened her mouth to speak to Armand. "Armand, as far as SEPIA goes I have turned our base into an Airship. The SS Strehkovsky will be at your beck. It's where I will be housing the Shogun. I say we position it at the back, where my npc agents can protect him. My reccomendation is a strange one. Allow me to walk ashur straight up to the battle. He is no pushover, and if I take Epsilon in the DragonFall cannons will have a powerful impact. Besides, what else inspires morale besides the sight of a dragon felling your enemies and your ruler calling shots at the head. I can guarantee you safety for him and 100% combat efficiency."
Armand considered it for a moment. It was what the people would've responded well to. Therefore, it would be so. "Very well. Make as much noise as possible. I want the civilians to hear the carnage in our favor from the village. However, your top priority remains with the Shogun's safety. At the first sign that things are taking a turn, or he becomes injured, bail out and return~"
The Otokage would, for once, put on the traditional Kage robes. He didn't like to wear them. They were heavy, hot, and and pointless...but the people needed a heroes, idols. What was one more symbol to fight with?
