Twitch was not used to someone like Philia, she was even more stubborn as he was and older which meant she had more authority over him. He knew this as she finally retaliated back. He could understand why she wouldn't let Riku stay, he was an adorable puppy and everyone loves an adorable puppy. His eyes burnt with anger as she threatened him with a trip to the court mage's office. He wasn't so much scared of them, he was just annoyed he would have to waste his time in such a place but he didn't want to back down either. He was stuck between a rock and a hard place as he didn't want to be kicked out already.
Then out of nowhere the girl decided to perk up with her own input. Twitch quickly snapped his head round to glare at the girl who seemed to be enjoying herself. Twitch now realised he had been right to avoid girls in the past, these two were just too annoying for his own liking. "Hang on! If animals aren't allowed in the classroom then why is she allowed in here?" he said gesturing over to Camilla. There was no way she was going to get away with her rude comment so Twitch decided to be a gentleman and to return the favour. He knew there was no real reward for him if he continued to defy the teacher. He looked at Riku as a lump formed in his throat. He had never spent any time apart from the dog since they met, he was really starting to hate this academy more and more. "I would rather speak to one of those mage people than have to be separated from my partner," he said in a more calm voice now. "I don't think you people realise what you are really asking of me, you had families to look after you with a warm house protecting you. All we had was each other as my parents decided to abandon me," he said gesturing to Riku who at this point decided to take a quick nap. "To ask me to separate from my buddy, is like asking you to get rid of your raiment," he continued to speak. He wasn't surprised they would not understand why this was such a huge deal to him, the rich and well-off only cared for themselves and today just further proved that to Twitch. Twitch's head suddenly shifted towards the door as a new student entered the room, Twitch however stared back towards the teacher as the new arrival was of little importance.

Right after Eko finished his introduction, Twitch proceeded to further insist on his dog. The boy and Riku had grown up on the streets together, which was and interesting, as Eko had grown up as a noble.
Twitch stomped on the ground, cracking it and making Eko jump, covering his ears again. Eko wasn't fond of Twitch, he was loud, stubborn, and destructive. The Enhancer listened to Professor Marksimov's response, but didn't really focus on the interaction. It was too much for Eko to handle with his Raiment. Camilla spoke up, telling Twitch to give it up. Her input was unnecessary, in Eko's opinion, but he was inexperienced socially.
While contemplating whether to say anything, a new student raced in, who froze, seeming to be unsure what to do, just standing there.
Twitch decided to next insult Camilla, suggesting she was an animal. Eko was suddenly glad he hadn't brought Coco. Calming down, Twitch stated he'd rather speak with a Court Mage than be separated from his dog.
Nothing prepared Eko for Twitch's next comment, though.
"You had families to look after you.
Eko sucked in a breath, eyes widening as he stared at the desk below him. His fists became clenched at his sides, breathing incredibly unsteady. His family did all but look after him. Memories of nights crying in the forest, talking to the animals, the stinging pain after being smacked, bruises on his legs, arms, all came flooding back as his lip quivered.
A warm house protecting you...
Protecting you. He would've rather lived in the forest than in that mansion, with the monsters he shared a home with. Twitch's life was likely hard, but he was the one who didn't understand.
And finally, Twitch used the worst analogy possible. Eko would rather not have his gods forsaken raiment. No one understood that, especially not Twitch. The Enhancer thought that maybe Twitch was the entitled one in this situation....
Before he started yelling, Eko stood up, slowly and shakily, tears threatening to fall from his eyes. He simply walked out, stepping hard on the ground and taking quick steps. The Enhancer pushed past the new boy, escaping into the halls.

Camilla eagerly awaited his response.She was not disappointed. The kids' response sent Camilla's head back as she howled with laughter. This kid was hilarious! Snapping her head back she stared him down with hungry eyes. Yes, this was the kind of person she loved toying with the most. The proud and arrogant kind. Thinking that because she's a girl that she's weak, inferior, frail. The presence that accompanied her stares dissolved swiftly. Listening further she was unimpressed by his sob story. She was sure it was hard for him and for that she held a certain respect for him. But to sit there and assume his life was harder than anyone else's without knowing anyone was bullshit and that was something she wouldn't forgive him for. Families to look after her? Ha! The only reason she was looked after, was because of her natural born power. And as far as having a house to protect her went, untrue. Her house was like a prison. A cage for her to grow and do as her father wanted until there was nothing more he could offer her.
So she didn't want to hear about this stupid sob story. Looking at the time she stood up suddenly. Grabbing her bag she moved around her desk and towards where the boy and his dog stood. Smiling at him devilishly she stopped for a moment. '' Anytime you wanna see how much of an animal I can be...come find me. I'll play with you. '' She said in a hushed voice to just him. Smiling once more she looked to the cute little doggy and waved by to him. So precious. Turning around once she passed Twitch she spoke to the teacher. '' Thank you for today Ms. Maksimov! See you later! '' She called out happily. Moving around the new student, she winked at him before passing him and making her way up the hall. This year was going to be fun, she was going to make sure of it. Camilla wasn't sure what to do now that class was over so she decided she might go see if anyone was at the training grounds and do some warm-ups for a while before heading back to her dorm.

Philia watched the scene play out as it seemed the boy failed to pay attention to what kind of trouble he would get into... And only made it worse by hurling an insult towards a fellow student. Her eyes watch him carefully... She wouldn't be suprised if he attacked somebody at this stage. But until he did so the Professor merely watched the scene play out. Then Taiki started to bring up how bad he had it in life, this didn't sit right with the woman as he seemed to use it to justify the dog staying, though to some extent she may have understood him better... Had he not started insulting a fellow student.
Then Eko appeared to leave in a hurry. Clearly the boy's last comment hit him on a more personal level. Even noble's can have it rough and it appeared the aggressive man-child did not realise that. Second of all Camilla seemed set to leave, to whome Philia nodded her head to. She then looked over to the new student that had just recently arrive and spoke calmly. "Hello there. I'm afraid it looks like class is over for the day. As it's the first day I will let you off, you can introduce yourself next time, okay?" Finally... She had one last thing to sort.
Philia gave a blank stare towards Taiki. He will need to change his attitude quickly... She had one way of doing so. Standing between the rude student and the doorway the Professor spoke slowly. "You wont be heading off. You'll need to come with me to see one of the Court Mage's... And you're going to decided which one you visit, as well as explain to them what you have been saying to not only me, but a fellow classmate. Come along." Regardless of the boy's reaction she would insist on him following and choosing who he has to visit...
Even if his words and actions would piss of Philia, Twitch did not regret what he said, he didn't want to part from Riku for anyone. He was ignorant to the other students, Twitch never knew the life of a noble child so he had no idea that life could be tough for them too. In his mind they were all like that kid from the induction, stuck-up, spoilt and ignorant of the real world. Riku's ears perked up as Eko began to stomp away in tears. Riku got up and started to wag his tail, he wanted to see what all the fuss was about. He started to trott over to the crying child but Eko was able to get away before the dog could try to comfort him.
The next to get up from their seat was the girl named Camilia, Twitch was not too fond of her due to her insults. She started to walk towards him, his glare locking onto her as she moved closer. He expected her to say something, maybe another insult. However instead of that she whispered to him, threatening him maybe? Twitch felt a chill as she spoke, her voice was soft yet it felt more sinister. Twitch shuddered as she walked past him, he didnt respond back as in all honesty he had nothing to retaliate with. Riku's tail wagged faster as the pink lady waved at him. Maybe she would stroke him and give him treats since she seemed so nice.
Twitch had enough of this class for one day, he started to walk away but was stopped by the teacher. His face scrunched in frustration as he justed wanted to get out to get some fresh air and some food. But he did say he would rather talk to the court mages so he just shrugged, "Fine, any old fart will do," he said. "Riku, come on boy," he grumbled before following the teacher out of the classroom.

Eko had woke up bright and early that morning, after a fitful sleep. He had spent the previous day in his dorm, trying to catch up on lack of rest. The Enhancer kept being woken up by slight noises, his attempts to sleep in vain.
Luckily, when the anxious boy had set out this morning, few students roamed the halls.
[Enter Eko to the Enhancer Classroom]
Another strike of luck allowed Eko to be the first one to class. He took a seat, glancing around and breaths quick. The boy would have to deal with Twitch today, someone he was not ready to associate with right now, or ever. Hopefully, the ignorant Enhancer would've learned his lesson at the Court Mage's office.

She'd originally planned on paying a visit to that bookstore she'd discovered... Unfortunately for her, yesterday she was mentally drained from having to deal with a student after her first lesson. Hopefully that boy will stick to the agreement this time... "Now then..." The woman uttered as she walked into the classroom. She'd spotted that one of her students was already present. "Ah. Good morning, Eko, correct?" She'd look in the boys direction as she'd walk over to her desk and place her profile sheets, along with a blank sheet of paper and one more sheet that held some details for her lesson.
She recalled in the previous lesson that Eko had left seemingly in a hurry... No doubt something unsettled him, and she could only assume it was regarding Taiki. Or at least that would be her first guess. "Hm..." Philia stood there with a focused look for a moment. Decided to keep subtle for now, no doubt more students would be arriving before she would get to investigate, the Enhancer too her seat and crossed her arms together on the desk. "How are you faring today then?" She would ask. It's unlikely he would tell her how he actually felt... But it was a start. Seeing as it was still fairly early in the year she'd planned for one last ice-breaker day. Although she'll be testing the students a little more... Find out their points of view. This way she may be able to educate them while working a little more around their interests in order to keep the students focused. Only time will tell though.
Waking up a little later than usual, Camilla climbed out of bed and began to get ready for the new school day. Throwing on her dress from yesterday, Camilla was almost ready to walk out the door. Sliding her shoes on and making sure her hair wasn't a mess, even taking a moment to fluff it and make it look more presentable. She grabbed her bag, along with her new book and made her way out fo the dorm to class.

Upon arriving at class Camilla noticed that the room was quite empty. Save for Eko and the teacher, Ms. Maksimov. Smiling to the two of them, Camilla made her way over to her seat. It seemed like the teacher and Eko were having a conversation so she wouldn't interrupt. For now, she'd quietly take her seat and read her new book until the teacher addressed her or the class started. The book was a book on making use of your opponents strength and using it against them. The book also touched on disarming your opponent, and showcasing how to manipulate your opponents center of gravity. All ways to use your opponent's strength against them. Camilla found the book to be super interesting and was really enjoying it. The book even had drawn illustrations on how each technique worked from start to finish. Camilla had bought another book that day as well. It was a book on pressure points, she'd planned on reading it soon as she was finished with her current book.
The second person to arrive was Miss Marksimov herself, Eko jumped as the door opened, turning around as quickly as possible without breaking his neck. She muttered something to herself, Eko's keen hearing picked up on it quickly. Though, it was nothing of importance.
He jumped again as the professor greeted him, remembering his name, somehow. She went to her desk, arranging some papers before having a seat. Miss Marksimov then asked him how he was, making him jump once again.
"Ah- Uh- I-I'm. f-fine." He stutters, eyes cast downward. He wasn't usually directly addressed like this, many people choose to ignore him.

-Enter Xeih into Enhancer Classroom-
He was NOT going to be late today. As soon as the sun peered through the window of his dorm, Xeih forced himself out of his bed. Last time made him look too much like an embarassment, so he made sure to get be there to be on time today. He spent way too much time sleeping in on his free day he didn't get to practice the new spell he's been trying to improve on. Hopefully he'll be able to practice in class today, given that this class was made to improve their raiments, and spellcasting helped him do said thing. Although it would probably be useful to practice using his raiment on other people rather than on himself. Xeih sighed as he made his way to the classroom. Hopefully that the previous events that caused such turmoil last class don't continue into this one. He didn't see what actually happened, all he was aware of that the first day of class for the enhancers did not bode well.
Timidly as ever, Xeih made his way into the classroom. He took quick notes of who was already in the class: the professor, the boy who pushed past him the previous class, and the pink haired girl, both in which he remembers seeing in the beginner's combat class. Hopefully he wouldn't be confronted on why he bailed, if they saw him do so. Quietly, Xeih found a seat a bit farther away from everyone else. He opened his book on elementor spells and flipped to the "Palm Blast* pages. There were other spells he could've started with, but given the components of this particular spell, Xeih felt he could learn this spell faster than the others. He examined the motions that were outlined for the casting, they seemed simple enough. Less intricate than most other spells, but still a necessary foundation given that he'll have to take in account of any backlash that could occur if casted improperly. Continuing to read, he digested the information to himself. There was a slight smile on Xeih's face, reading and learning about these things absolutely fascinated him. Magic as a whole was a subject he enjoyed dearly. Kicking his feet as he read, he fell into his own little world till the professor start class or anyone would address him.
Today was going to be hell, Twitch knew it and he made sure to take his time getting to class that morning. He couldn't sleep as he was uneasy about today's lesson without Riku. The boy had never spent more than a few minutes away from Riku and now the academy were forcing him to leave Riku outside the classroom. The dog happily trotted next to his master, un-aware of what was about to happen. The two made their way down the corridor, Twitch clearly less lively than usual. As he made his way upto the classroom door, his heart sank as he knew it was time...
He looked down at Riku who was now sat down next to the door tilting his head in confusion, why were they stopping here all of the sudden? "Ok boy, I have to go for a while, ill be back soon ok?" he said as he knelt down to stroke the dog's head. It took him a while to get up, he didn't want to enter the classroom in tears. He stood up and composed himself, drying his tears and taking deep breaths before he placed a hand on the door. He looked up and sighed, " Here we go," he mumbled before opening the door. As the Door opened his face instantly lifted up into a big grin, he pushed the door hard as he took a big step into the room. "No need to worry, the best student is here now so the lesson can finally begin!," he yelled at the top of his lungs with his arms thrown up in the air. He skipped merrily upto Miss Maksimov and waved at the lady, "Good morning miss! I'm ready for you to finally show us how to be super powerful enhancers so I can finally dominate this boring place," he chirped before bowing to the teacher. After he made his way past the girl he insulted last time. "Seems you're still here eh? Well at least it will be nice to have a punching bag that can maybe give me a little bruise," he said while winking at the girl. He would show them that he would not be put down by the bleak circumstances and that he would prove he was better. He finally made his way to his own desk, he was going to sit next to that other guy but in all honesty Eko was starting to creep Twitch out with the way he was always huddled.
As expected the boy appeared rather conservative with his response... Perhaps as the year progresses he will come out of his shell. She would also need to make note of his raiment as he'd described last time... During their short exchange another student made their entrance, Camilla. Philia's gaze set on her briefly. While Taiki's behaviour last time was out of line... The young girl should not have stepped in on the matter. But as her issue is FAR less important Philia would wait until after class to speak to the girl.
Then in came the next student, a face she only saw for a moment near the end of the last lesson. "Glad to see you could make it on time. Once one last face shows up y-" She was cut off by the sound of the door slamming open thanks to the troublesome student, Taiki, who proceeded to essentially scream his presence to the rest of the class. She would sit up straight on her seat and cross her arms together... This boy certainly has zero filter... And while she would like to move on and ignore, it would only condone his behaviour. "Mr. Akiyama. While I applaud you for following what was discussed previously, I ask that you control your voice so as not to disrupt others. Furthermore snide remarks towards them will not be tolerated either."
The last part obviously referring to his comment towards Camilla. With any luck he'll hold his tongue today.
Whenever they were seated Philia would stand up from her seat and move towards the board behind her. "Today will be one last day of settling in with your fellow classmates. While I have no doubt some of you were already... More than well acquainted after last time, not everybody was properly present that day..." She'd sigh, running a hand up into her bangs to hook over her ear, setting her now full gaze on the students. "But to keep things interesting, how about we discuss our Raiments... Specifically, I want to know what you all believe makes an Enhancer unique from other Knits. And if you wish, share your own Raiment with the rest." She would pause, allowing them to process her words if needed and think.
Philia walked closer to the student tables and stopped before the one who had yet to introduce himself. She gave him a slight smile. "How about you start first? And maybe introduce yourself as well, it would be best we all recognise one another." The woman then walked back to her own desk and stood in front of it, grabbing a blank profile sheet from behind her and waiting. "The rest of you can work it out between yourselves who goes next." She'd be ready to choose somebody if no-one else came up... But at least decides she wont pick Eko until last unless he chose to walk up. Perhaps a little more time to himself will help, especially before classes officially start.
Mikhail had been so occupied with life and such that he didn’t know where to start. From Kayl’s episode in the auditorium during orientation to things in his own life that he had to deal with. He was left with no choice but to refrain from coming in the first week of school and taking some time to deal with things along with taking a bit of a rest. Now, it was a new class day and Mikhail had shown up to pay a visit to his old class. It was an odd feeling going to a class and no longer being a student. Either way, he was sure it would be a pleasant experience seeing the new faces that had joined the class that once one quite small in numbers.
Walking to the door, the prince knocked before entering the classroom. He glanced around and took notice that there were already a few students inside. His golden eyes traveled to who he assumed was the professor. Last year he had a professor for a short time and then a substitute for the remainder of the year. He was curious to see how the professor was. Walking up, he cleared his throat and greeted her. ”Hello, I’m the new Teaching Assistant. I’m Mikhail Warsong, it’s nice to meet you. I apologize for not coming in last class, I had quite a few personal matters to handle. It’s nice to see the class have a real professor again.”

The student who seemed to be the root of the problem from last class arrived, with a slightly better attitude it seemed. Xeih decided not to get involved in whatever banter he was trying to engage in with the pink haired girl. She seemed like someone you don't want to mess with. Xeih continued to examine his book, focusing on the components of the spell presented before him. However, this focus was quickly broken when the professor started to speak. Xeih quickly closed his book and set it to the side of his desk, and started to fiddle with his scarf as the professor spoke. She presented that today would just involved with a discussion about the class' raiments, particularly their Knit as a whole. A discussion like this isn't knew to Xeih, he's delved into books upon books of research on magic as whole, and how each Knit differs and intertwines. When the professor started to walk towards him, he felt his heart start to pound heavily. He did not want to be the first to speak. But as fate would have it, or such that he arrived late the first day of class; he was to go first in this discussion.
There was so much to talk about, he honestly didn't even know where to start. Enhancer magic was truly something, he didn't find it as interesting as Diviner magic and Tenebraer magic. Xeih looked down at his desk, avoiding all eye contact for a moment. He continued to fiddle with his scarf until he could find an anchor of thoughts in his mind to hold on to. After a few moments, he took a deep breath and looked back up at the professor and everyone else. "Well... I'm.. I'm Xeih Heifelnd, from the noble house of Heifelnd of Langfrey. We're an entire family of Enhancers... So quite plainly, I've seen a whole lot of the knit firsthand. I think it's arguable to say that the knit in which we possess is the least unique of all the magics. Not! To say... it's a bad thing..." Xeih took a deep breath, aware of what he said could be taken into offense by those proud of their magic heritage. Collecting his thoughts once again, he straightened his back and continued. "There was a large portion of history where our Knit wasn't even recognized, we were simply grouped in with Diviners. While our raiments do have the miraculous nature to some extent like the Diviners, we're of a different magic breed you could say. With the knowledge the Knits are inherited, passed down by parents and so forth, we discovered that Enhancers are a different sect of magic. As the Knit pertains in the name, we are quite that: Enhancers. Our magic grants, well, more so allows us to push the limits of magic and our own physical prowess like the other knits simply can't do as easily. For example..." Xeih realized that he just spouted a large amount of word vomit. He got lost in what he was talking about, he realized he wasn't giving anyone else a chance to speak.
The timid boy put his hand to his mouth as his face turned red. Shaking off the negativity, he decided to finish quickly. "My raiment... My raiment is that I am catalyst for magic. I can empower magic in all forms, from when I'm casting components or spells, or someone else's raiment or spells. It's not something I can really show off at the moment... Unless someone wants to... volun.. volunteer.. I won't push that on anyone though, since I don't know what might wrought if I empower your raiment..." Exhaling deeply, Xeih managed to get all of his words out. Looking around he awaited for whomever to chime in the conversation. Hopefully he didn't just spew out everything that the others were planning to discuss.
Philia observed in silence... And while waiting for the boy to begin his introduction the class was paused for a moment as another male seemed to enter the classroom. A rather formal young man who almost right way introduced himself as Mikhail Warsong. "Warsong? My, seems the class has quite a few Nobles... It is a pleasure to meet you. My name is Philia... Philia Maksimov." The woman nodded her head in the TA's direction. while she would learn more of the male, the current activity required her attention.
As the student by the name of Xeih started on his introduction and explanation on the history of their Knit, the woman was beginning to feel... Exhausted. As time went on her head started to feel light, she tried to focus on why this was happening. She could only conclude that she was not eating properly the past few days, and her body was having her pay for it. Raising a hand to her head she let a faint sigh of frustration out... She was very slowly beginning to struggle forming her words. This illness certain came out of nowhere, it was irritating. While she still had her focus she move to the door. "We will need to conclude the class early, I dare say I do not feel my best." She pulled the door open and glanced once more through her bangs as they fell over her gaze, looking towards the student with a slight smile. "I suppose you are all dismissed today. Do take care of yourselves and I shall be sure to make the next lesson." She waved in their directions with a slight limp in her arms movement. Now she'll just need to get to an inn to rest...
