Aile would indeed look up at the sky eventually, tilting her head at the thunderhead. "That's... odd." Her head would press the button to summon the being inside, her best friend of a Flygon. This would cause her tremor sense to kick in full swing, resulting her in catching what small resonances from the Earthquake further in the town made their way out to Aile. The thunderhead would temporarily be forgotten as she stared and almost half yelled, "What in the Nine Hells is going on out there?"

I nearly jumped, looking back towards the carnage that was getting let loose all of a sudden. "Come on, guys, we're on the clock." I said. "Sooner you can get up to the top, the better." I told him. I leaped up upon t he wall, catching a foot-hold with one foot, leaping up from it, and going up to the next to quickly ascend the wall. Someone had to get to the top quickly and make sure everyone is covered by the time they get to the top.

"AAA! Blast it!" Freth shouted, looking back towards the oncoming adversaries. "To hell with it. Fine, I'll try it. Not like we got too much of a choice. I'm going to need a minute to get set up at least!" Freth shouted, dashing off as fast as she could. Once she took up a position, she took out a Pokeball, and quickly released it. "Cryoganal!" Freth shouted it. In a flash of light, the massive snowflake came out for battle. "HAIL!" Freth shouted.

The Cryoganal cried out, spinning about and conjured up clouds up above and down came the ice to bombard the opposition.

Odd felt the shells make contact not only with the Light Screens and Reflects in play but also the impact against his Guardian Halo, arms stretched out as he poured his energy into maintaining the size of it. When Sub summoned the Sandstorm, however, he was forced to break his focus for a brief instant. "Cadenza, whip up an Ominous Wind around us. We need to keep you safe from that Sandstorm." The Shedinja nodded and conjured a continuous purple whirlwind in their immediate vicinity to capture incoming sand a and push it away.

Adagio's and Thing's dual Embargo being in effect should, hopefully, prevent the Flares and their Pokemon entering the city from benefiting from each other or any items they might be trying to use if any of them where smart enough to supply their army with 'equipment' of any kind. Now that it was set up, though, the pair started to fight. Adagio set herself up to fire Flame Bursts at the incoming Inkay, small firecrackers of otherworldly flames shooting into the fray and scattering scalding embers across those near the ones unfortunate enough to be hit directly. Thing would stick close to Odd and, surprisingly enough, use Shadow Claw to keep the human safe.

{{If anyone's taking out that human, it will be me.}} He announced to the Inkay he struck down with the massive claws of Ghost energy constructed around his own small and rather lacking mitts.

Fermata stayed hidden in the trees and fired off his Spirit Shackles at as many victims as possible, tethering them to their shadows in order to make them easier pickings for the rest of Snagem to take down.

Refrain, unfortunately, was forced to maintain the Quash zone if she wanted to try and slow the approach of others and did as such. She hunkered down within the Sandstorm Sub's Pokemon had summoned and, despite the agitation caused by the sand, she kept her cool and maintained her focus.

Back with Lt. Surge, Celesta seemed to be sparking more and more as the pent up electrical energy inside of her attempted to escape to meet with what was stirring around her. She tried to not release it all at once as a single attack like normal but to unleashed it in a steady charge, transferring her energy to the Ferris Wheel rail gun as best she was able.

Lykas crossed the channel to the Nimbasa side of the water and as he climbed out, he began to see the Flare troops marching. Deciding to give them hell from here as well, he focused on doing what needed doing and charged up a large pool of Water energy before blasting a colossal Water Spout toward the bridge, like the waves of a tsunami aiming to rip the Flare troops from the bridge and draw their ire away from the Snagems and the Indigo Alliance soldiers on the shore further away. He needed to be a lot closer to make any use of his Ability, he figured, unless he got attacked by a Pokemon, but hey, anything to help his friends was a good thing, right?

"I appreciate that." Wren assured Darts as they made their way up toward the high cliffs. Lacking a Pokemon that had the required size to make traversal easier on him, the man was forced to clamber over the hard stone and uneven soil with his bare feet exposed. Not that anyone would hear him complain in the slightest. Even in the heat of the desert sun back home in Lentimas it was rare for him to wear much more like the lightest of sand-resistant socks so this was nothing to him. A bit jagged in places, perhaps but nothing especially jarring or harmful to him.

As they made it to the top. Before they landed, the little girl made sure nobody was around to see her. When she saw it was clear, she landed on the ground and put back her hoverboard and looked at her Pokemon. "Thank you all so much. Especially you Minior. Can you guys go see back down with the others if they would like help?" She asked as all of her Pokemon went back down to see if anyone else needed help. Ulla then turned her body in the direction where the operating building was as she pulled out another Pokeball. "Riolu come out." Riolu popped out of his Pokeball as he was in on one knee with his head down waiting for Ulla's order. I'm really gonna need you to stay close this time buddy. I'm gonna need you to read aura so we know if anyone is close to us and count how many are in the control room. Can you do that?" Riolu nodded as he stood up as he grabbed the little girl's hand as he led her into some bushes and trees so they wouldn't be spotted while waiting for the others.

Ulla's Riolu would do just as asked, the aura sense sharp and true despite the deafening chaos erupting below as the two sides clashed. Fortunately for the sabotage group, there were no Flare signatures up on this rock face, and they were relatively unnoticed from those below. Unfortunately the guard house to the bridge was fully stocked - they knew how valuable the bridge was to their forces. By Riolu's best estimate from where they were there was at least 10 Flare Grunts around/in the guard house.

Darts ascends the top of the cliff, only pausing for a brief second to take in Wren's bare feet. "Pair of Nikes wouldn't kill your budget..." he mutters, a little in awe of the pain tolerance. Just from the look of the Riolu's face scrunched in concentration, he knew that the newest Snagem member was scouting ahead of them. "What have we got?" He asks, indicating the group should stay together and move towards the guard house.

SubonicXP
As Flare arrived and the Inkay flew Sub would take out his SNAG and attempt to activate the surprise he set up for Flare but alas it did not work for whatever reason. Instead he decided to just resign himself to dealing with what was in front of him. The man would order Monstressor to summon forth a Sandstorm around them and Auguste to conjure up a Stealth Rock. While it would be difficult for the Snagems and non-Ground/Rock/Steel types inside to bear the storm it was a decent defensive measure in a pinch. Lastly, after putting on his Go-Goggles, he released Gardy, cutting off her inane ramblings and ordering a Synchronoise, the Gardevoir letting out a Psychic empowered horrible song to harm only those who were the same type as herself in the general vicinity of Sub and Odd, thus the other Psychics and Fairies on the Snagem side too far away to be harmed.

Granite would try their best to continue keeping Reflect and Light Screen up, hoping that Luna would still be able to do the same. As the shells bounced off them, it was the most the Carbink could do in the situation.

Gale would try to scout as well as she could, the Pidgeot's keen eyes allowing her to maintain some vision through the smoke and fog, seeing the throng of grunts coming through, to say nothing about the even larger throng of Inkay. Rala would be able to discover the findings as well, through the telepathic link between the two Pokemon. Otherwise, she'd stay within the thick of the fog, working to stay out of sight and keep an eye on the battlefield at large.

Though Fury barely had time to do anything about the trench digging, she'd start digging in a way that slowly, but surely brought her closer to the action. Out of anyone digging, the Kangaskhan felt she could fight proper if it came to it. At least, she had a good shot at defending within the trenches.

Upon seeing the Inkay, Amaranth took a deep breath and finally let Breeze out. But, in an effort to try and avoid infecting anyone, she'd make sure to keep the Togekiss at her side. "Breeze, Air Slash! Just, take it a little easy." She would soon learn that while Breeze was willing to listen, perhaps through a brief moment of clarity, easy was not what she was prone to do. The Air Slash she'd unleash was harsh and wild, and wasn't terribly picky about what was in range apart from maybe the throng of Inkay.

The combination of Hail and Sandstorm immediately has the oncoming rush of Flare Grunts, already slowed by the Embargo and Quash, confused as to what part of the continent they now found themselves in. Chains drag them out of the blinding ice and sand gale as Spirit Shackle after Spirit Shackle finds their marks, dragging them out into the open air only to dangle by whichever part the Decidueye managed to peg.

A few mangy grunts do manage to stumble past the walls and into the kill-zone cordoned off by a combination of well-dug trenches and reflective barricades. Out of breath, they barely have time to register the forms of Sub and Amaranth before they meet the Breeze and the Fury right in front of them.

Another salvo of cannon fire assails the shields, making their impact felt on Odd's holding of the barrier with each high powered slug they threw as masses upon masses of Flare troops begin storming their direction despite the mounting defenses... Freth would come face to face with a particularly 'bright' Grunt that managed to clamber on top of one of the walls, hurling himself bodily at her. The Inkay scream at Gardevoir's approach, falling left and right to the 'beautiful' notes of her singing voice before they can even come close to Odd.

Water Spout was indeed knocking some of the mass of Flare Grunts he could see crossing the water into the drink, but it was less successful at halting the apple-red armored tanks that had begun moving across, the soldiers taking cover behind them in order to cross safely. A few of the Flare soldiers knocked free from the bridge began swimming in Lykas' direction, several of them calling forth Swalot - who also use Acid Armor to dissolve into the water - as they make their way towards the shore-side Snagem.

The thunderhead would temporarily be forgotten as she stared and almost half yelled, "What in the Nine Hells is going on out there?"

Even while the shenanigans in the city had Aile's attention, there's no way she could fail to note the singular enormous lightning bolt that would fall from the sky, not being drawn into the ferris wheel as anticipated, but rather crackling malevolently as it descends an inch or two from the green-jacketed one's face.

CRACK! With a noise like shattered rock, the lightning bolt casts a violent glow in all directions before dispersing with a sonicboom-esque thunderclap. To the surprise of no one, depending on who you ask, Aile would find herself face to face with a smoking crater containing a yellow and black and very agitated looking Zapdos hybrid, her conjured electric blade pulsing in time to the beat of her heart as she levels the sword in both hands. Eyes narrowed, Kess ignores the Snagem's presence as she shifts her weight and goes to swing baseball-style at the surprised Lieutenant Surge's neck, blade extending to meet her length requirements.

Reno Vantas

Looking at the building for a moment, Reno felt a small tingle in the back of his mind as he began to see the possibilities before him. All the myriad ways that his and Phemes' interactions could safe or destroy this building. So many thoughts. Almost. Paralyzing. Wait. Focus for a minute. Alright, Phemes grabs those braces and he uses his own fist to punch third and fourth one back into position. Leaping into action after this millisecond thought powered by the uncomprehensible brain of his Mega Metagross, Reno watched as the massive floating Steel type rammed two of its massive arms into the braces that he had indicated and did her best to brace against whatever was available for an extra push with her other four limbs. Arriving at the first brace, Reno gave a moment to redirect the energy that had just been keeping his brain from melting into his fist before slamming into a specific point. Swinging himself around to the next brace, he gathered the energy into his shin before pivoting on his heel to send a snap kick straight into the wooden beam that sent it flying back into position. Moving himself to support the two beams he had just pushed back into position, Reno turned towards where the 'spy' had been.

It did not take a minute before Reno snapped at the now recognized Snagem member. "ARKELOS! YOU MORON! GET TO THE FERRIS WHEEL OR THE FRONT LINES! AND KNOCK OFF THIS STUPIDITY BEFORE I PLANT MY SHOE IN YOUR REAR AND KICK YOU TO THE FRONT LINES!" Reno screamed, visibly growing red in the face even as he was still supporting the building that had almost fallen over.

Reno... Reno was about to be underneath a building unless he did something rather quickly. In this chapter of Man vs. Building... almost certainly another tally was going to be added to the legacy of masonry over man. The foundation creaks and shivers against his psionic efforts to hold the thing sturdy. Also, as the thing continues to topple a young girl comes stumbling to the window to look at their would-be savior only to be caught by an unexpected lurch and tossed from the building towards the usually equally victorious competitor of Man vs. Street. Because of course she would.

Aile's thought process about what possibly happened out in the city would be cut short as the lightning bolt and its content landed right before her, stunning the woman for a moment. However, seeing Kess' arm move would snap her back into reality, moving to attempt to intercept the blade with her staff, though unsure of if it would work. "Tatooine, guard Surge right now!"

Tatooine would nod and fly down to land in front of Surge, putting up a Protect barrier for a moment to double down on intercepting the blade. "Gon gon!?"

"Yeah, I don't know, Tati," Aile gowled, going for a leg sweep with her staff if it didn't block the blade, "First the Tower of Mastery, then Lumiose, now here. Why do I keep meeting up with you Cipher assholes and what's the point of poking your noses in an unrelated war?!"

I continued up on the rock at a rather rapid pace, reaching the top eventually and crouching down to see what was before us. Some opposition at the guard house; nothing that couldn't be weathered by what I could tell. They'd go down pretty quick by my note. Though it had to be fast. I went on ahead and swerved around; going to see if I couldn't ghost one of these guys before they reacted. As I do so though, I ended up stopping...there was a feeling...a very unsettling one. I looked back towards the direction of the rail gun... "Oh please, no..."

"Adorable." Freth said. The 'bright' grunt would get his head kicked hard as if it was a soccer ball to send the grunt right back down. Freth then looked out into the carnage then took out a second Pokeball. "Alright. Keep up the storm Cryoganal. We got to keep these guys broken up." Freth made her way down and tossed out the second Pokeball. "Mamoswine!" Freth shouted. The sands and the ice wouldn't phase this beast at all, Freth thought. Once the mamoswine came out with a roar to follow, Freth would give the command. "Mamoswine! Take Down!" She shouted. The Mamoswine would soon start smashing into stragglers that are caught up in the confusion, trying to thin their numbers as Freth too started to fire off pot-shots of Ice Beam to anyone she could pick off. However, she too started to feel something...she kind of wished she couldn't have. She too ended up taking a glimpse back towards the direction of the railgun. "...is that...?" She started to feel a bit conflicted. If that was who she thought she was, did she need to peel off? "Blast it, why now?"

Ulla's Pokemon flew back to her as she returned them. Suddenly she heard the loud cracking noise on their side of the bridge. She covered her ears in fear. "W-What was that?!" She said as she looked at Riolu felt the aura of what came to be a hybrid that made that loud crackle. He shivered a bit as it was such a strong aura he was feeling. He then looked back at Darts "We are in the clear for now. Most of the grunts are focused on the battle at hand. But there are about ten around/in the guard house." Riolu said as he kept concentrating, the aura he was feeling back near the ferris wheel gave him chills but he needed to focus on the task at hand.

When Bliz went off to go subdue one of the grunts, Riolu was about to help up Ulla but then he felt an unfamiliar aura coming close by. He keeps Ulla's head down, "Riolu what's wrong?" She asked as she saw a white paw next to her as Riolu quickly made a sharp turn to face the person and charged right at him. As the Vulpix shot it's Ice Beam, Riolu will quickly dodge it as it only hit his left hand. He stepped on the Vulpix's head to bury it's face in the ground so the Ice Beam won't spray anywhere else as he grabbed the person's collar as with Riolu's weight pushed him down to the ground. As they landed on the ground, Riolu was pulling back his frozen hand to smash the person's face.

"Riolu stop!" She said softly said as she peeked out to see what was going. She helped the Alolan Vulpix with it's face being buried in the ground. She then looked at Riolu and then the man. "What are you doing here? It's not safe out here. You and your Pokemon need to get out of here." She said to the man as Riolu got off of him as he walked back to Ulla. When he walked back to the little girl, he smashed his frozen hand on a tree to break the ice.

One of those grunts might catch just enough of a glance at Fury to also notice a fist about to come right for them, the Kangaskhan finding it to be the best method for dealing with what was before her. And maybe ensure she didn't get anywhere too close to Breeze; that Togekiss looked a lot more menacing than she remembered.

Speaking of Breeze, she'd take an equally direct approach, attempting to ram into another grunt with Shadow Rush. Much as Amaranth might've tried to advise against it, the sudden thunderclap caught her off guard and had her attention. Something told her that either the ferris wheel couldn't take it, or it attracted something much worse.

To her Pelipper, that answer was simple. The massive lightning bolt and thunderclap to come from Kess' arrival saw that electricity dance along the rainstorm that was still going. A cry would come from her as she tried to say something, but the most anyone was getting was "Pel p-p-p-p-per-per!" right before being left thunderstruck and knocked out in a flash.

"This isn't going to work," I sighed. Luna just didn't have the power to keep the shields up on her own. After a quick check of the SNAG's Pokedex function, I let Kefka out of his ball. "Alright, change of plans. Kefka, Reflect. Luna, Light Screen. Work together to keep the shells form hitting us."

Kefka and Luna both nodded, muttering something in Pokespeak before going to work. Together their wall had more strength than when Luna was by herself.

'There's no way," Keiko said as she watched Darts, Ulla, and Wren climb the cliff. Darts didn't surprise her a bit. Wren, maybe. Ulla, definitely. But with her feet mutated like this, how the hell was she supposed to get up there.

Then it hits her. Darts said not to teleport. He didn't say anything about flying. Keiko let Natalia out of her ball and pointed at the cliff. Then, she got on Natalia's back. After a minute, Keiko was on top of the cliff and letting Natalia back into her ball.

Looking at the building and continuing his efforts to kick the few pieces he could back into relative position, Reno could already tell that while it would hold it together enough to maintain the building for people to get the hell out quick it was going to collapse like a house of cards. And then of course, there was now a small girl falling out of the gutted building. Tearing himself away from his martial efforts to maintain an effort he knew would be futile for a complete save of the building, Reno dove across the ground to catch the girl before she hit the ground and wrapped himself around the small girl as he rolled across the ground. Continuing forward with his moment, Reno would just sprint for his life as he heard more concrete cracking behind him. "Phemes, let go!" Reno shouted, the memory of his analysis of the building coming to mind as he realized this was the moment nothing he did could further keep the building supported. Continuing his dash out of the area the building would drop on, Phemes would simply float above the structure. All Reno needed at this point. Was. To. Just. Make it!

A thunderous noise would erupt an inch behind Reno, the wind and dust sending him stumbling before a small pop at his feet sent him flying entirely over his own feet. Sliding to an eventual stop across the concrete street, Reno looked to his feet to see his psionic skates were back on his feet. Moving his vision from there, he found the massive building had collapsed and was only a few feet away from him. Taking a moment to breath as he released his death grip on the girl he rescued, a loud crash of a thunderbolt straight into the ground caught his attention. "Of course. Can't even get one pause before the next disaster hits. What is this gonna be, Zapdos or Zekrom have come from on high to kill us for playing around with too much electricity?" Reno moaned, planting his right hand firmly on the ground to push himself back into a standing position on his skates before taking off through the streets of the region back towards the ferris wheel, where he could hopefully just attract attention and run away before whatever it was killed him.

"Hmph." Kess huffs disdainfully, as she steps back from where her blow had bounced ineffectively off of Tatooine's Protect, hopping over the leg sweep with ease. Fixing Aile with a cold glare for the first time, she seems to take a kind of... offense to Aile asking the question in particular. "This coming from little miss Flare... what's the matter, they wouldn't let you wear green over there?" She snipes, conjuring up a Thunderbolt in her free hand before launching it straight at the Snagem's face.

Surge's Raichu rears up angrily at the top of the ferris wheel, sparks shooting in all directions from its cheeks as it sees its 'commanding officer' in danger, but he waves it back into the cart. "I can handle myself... just keep charging! Sixty-five percent now!" The thrum in the air has risen to clearly audible volume, the very oxygen in the air vibrating with the electrical impulses coming from the ferris wheel now.

REALLY , I definitely need a new tailor now. Kalani coughed running from the explosions . WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE , And these flare guys they clam to be ROYALTY Ha , eliminating even innocents this is something my family wont stand but first time to retreat. The closer he got to running away and odd feeling still subsided within him He could feel something approaching, fast too. Alright Shiva My dear Were gonna have to fight Block whatevers coming our way with Ice beam This of course was only to ready an ice beam to block , whoever was coming at him

Darts had been off to follow Blizz until he saw Keiko fly up the cliff. The rest of the army below seemed too distracted to notice the movement, but Darts' senses go off at the same time Blizz's does, the thunder rolling ominously in the distance. But as much as he wants to turn around and go back, he waves to Blizz. "We gotta keep going." He says, as much to the others as to Blizz. "We can't go back now.... who are you again?" He asks, crossing his arms as Kalani joins the group - clearly Ulla knew them. "Whatever, we're running out of time to get this done." He points down at the guard house, far down below them. "Ten guards, each of us needs to disable at least two."

The Snagems down in the trenches, so to speak, were about to have more issues as the mass of Flare soldiers quickly beginning to fill the area began sending out a gang of Scrafty and Croagunk, the pugilist poison type and the hoodlum Pokemon beginning to swarm towards the Snagems battling back against the hordes. Three of the frogs leap onto Fury's back, pummeling the Normal-type with a range of Drain Punches, trying to smash every exposed area on the Kangaskhan they can. The Scrafty put in work against Gardy too, trying to help the beleaguered Inkay being put down by Synchronoise, two of them moving in unison as they attempt a Throat Chop - one way to shut up a shrieking voice.

Mamoswine was rampaging through the trenches but it was also a really big target. Another roar of cannons announces one more incoming artillery strike from the few tanks still not across the bridge, every single one of the shells aimed at the hairy porcine's broadside. Freth was going to need to pull something to avoid ending up with a Pokemon more bacon than companion.

Reno Vantas

Reno could run off towards the ferris wheel... Ignoring the shriek of despair coming from behind him as the street - usually sturdy but now due to the seismic activity has turned into something resembling a sinkhole. The very pavement of the street cracks and warps underneath the little girl's feet before the ground she was standing on inverts, straight up and down slabs of blacktop sinking into the morass of sewers Arkelos had thought about escaping down a mere handful of minutes ago.

"Help! Mister!" She pleads, the area around her turning into a swirling mass of obstacles only traversable by advanced rescue vehicles... or some hyper sweet psychic skate moves. One or the other.

Mayu nuzzles the cheek of Alterna, the Shinx contiuing to spark, as the two pool their energy into the Ferris Wheel. The Jolteon too, adding their power, Rhyme's pokemon continuing to help out as they charge up the Wheel.

Rhyme was at the ground level, monitoring the power controls, and the bright lightning bolt sends her to bottom, eyes shielded from the light and then ears pinning from the noise of the thunderclap.

...that was a Hybrid. All of Rhyme's warning signs were going off at the sight of her. "Come on guys! Lets go!" She takes a breath, focusing her core like she'd been taught.

Zekrom's voice comes from the stone, her body beginning to spark as she hones the electric energy. [What are you doing, little squirrel?]

"We're so close...I'm going to charge up...and help complete the wheel's power boost."

[Are you....drawing it in, or channeling it?] He seemed sarcastically interested, and she huffed.

"I'm pulling it from within me. Thundurus said that all electric pokemon pull their Sparks from the core inside them."

The Idealist Pokemon fell silent, contemplating her words while her hair on her body rose, the sparks continuing to dance across her skin.

Not too much longer now...she could do this. They could all do this.

Ulla looked at Blizz "Yes sir. And, I have no idea who this guy is. He is just some guy who took a wrong turn." She said as she dusted off her dress and look at Riolu. "Alright Riolu. Let's get going." Riolu nodded as he led the way to the control room where the guards wouldn't see them. There were two guards standing by the entrance door into the building. The duo looked at one another as they both nodded. Ulla looked back at the others to signal that she was gonna go for the two that were at the door.

At the perfect timing, Riolu and Ulla ran out of there hiding spot and then took one grunt on each. Riolu was able to subdue the Flare grunt easily as he did the same move of what he did to Kalani; grab the grunt by the collar and push him down with his weight. But this time, he followed through and knocked the guy out as he punched him straight across the chin. Ulla on the other hand, was having a bit of trouble. The guy she was trying to take down was able to stop her from putting her weight on him so he wouldn't fall down. Instead, he caught her as she was trying to get out of his grip. "Riolu Iron Tail." She said quietly not to alert any of the other guards. Riolu nodded as he quickly jumped up to the mans height and whipped his tail around to smack him right in the face. He fell down as Ulla quickly jumped down. She sighed of relief softly and gave Riolu a thumbs up. They then drag the Flare's bodies over to some bushes where they couldn't be seen.

"Alakazam, we can't ignore the oath of our previous order. We must help." Arkelos thoughts focus toward the sounds of panic across the water. "We have to go back briefly."

Alakazam teleports them back to the heart of the chaos, "We must be quick, break gravity!" Alakazam uses Gravity, Greatly slowing the fall of the building and surrounding destruction. "Now, Furfrou use helping hand! Boost up Alakazam; Houndour, Riolu, Rescue the child quickly! Poochyena, clear the area! Do not attack the people, get them to safety!"

Alakazam was almost frozen with focus, Furfrou appeared and started using helping hand to boost up Alakazam. Riolu and Houndour jumped from rubble to rubble, while using the effects of gravity and agility they could run faster and lighter; toward the little girl. Riolu places the girl onto Poochyena's back, and the three dashed for safety. Clearing the rubble, as the ground beings to buckle. "We are running out of time; just a little longer you two." He said to Alakazam and furfrou. "We have less than 30 seconds to finish this!" At 20 seconds Poochyena and Riolu meet up with Arkelos. Looking over the girl for any major injuries. "We have 15 Seconds to move out! Alakazam Great work! You too Furfrou!" Picking up the little girl Arkelos runs for it. After recalling all his pokemon the two make for the safety zone outline by Poochyena.

Arkelos passes a near by alley, and stops. Mentally everything stops, as he stares into the black abyss of the alley. Growlithe come barreling out in a ball of fire clearing away any bricks or stones falling. The flames reascend, "GROWLITHE! RUN! We have 5 seconds left!" The three are running as the shadow of building begins to catch up. Arkelos began to count down, "4- 3- 2-- 1----" The the ground collapses into itself. The effects of the earthquake has calmed down. "Here you go." Arkelos said with a wink. "Well, i'll accept my punishment later, for now i need to get back to the goal before the bridge is destroyed.

Arkelos reaches for Alakazam. "We're much to tired for a teleport now." Growlithe pulls on Arkelos' pants, leading him towards a manhole that was not damaged. "Found a way for us huh? Thank you buddy." Climbing into the manhole, Arkelos makes for the water's edge.
