Well, you thought the wound was healing up fine but now you find out it's infected! Someone didn't do a very good job cleaning it out with redwort, clearly. This is going to cause your dragon pain, and likely need to be re-opened, re-cleaned, and any puss drained. This wound is uncomfortable and may make your dragon prone to irritability then next few weeks. You'll be visiting the healers regularly until the infection is under control.
