Personality: Genma is, as his history would suggest, a hoodlum above all else. He is quick to throw punches, and sees everything as a price tag. He likes to have fun and surrounds himself with fun people, and goes to great lengths to take care of "his people". He is quick to avoid most deep conversations about himself, and even quicker to avoid responsibility if he can help it. While Genma isn't necessarily book smart, he learned from a young age to be critically observant. After all, it is much easier to knick a wallet if you understand the person you're stealing from, and have a back up plan in case things go south.

Biography: The day that Genma was born, his parents left him on the side of a busy street and moved on with their lives. He was found and cared for by some of Konoha's streetrats. The thieves that you could find stealing bread and money to get by. When he was old enough, they began to teach him the skills he would need to live amongst them. He would go out, stealing wallets and jewelry, then return later in the day to divide up the spoils. It wasn't the most glamourous life, but this band of misfits was family, and they were a fun group to be a part of. The older he got, the more that Genma adopted a sort of "big brother" role, even though he was one of the youngest members of the group. He would patch them up after a bad job, act as a confidant when they needed to talk, and was the one they would run to if there was a problem that needed solved.
On a random day, no different than any other, one of Genma's jobs was thrown off of the rails. The person he had marked to pick their pockets turned out to be a private eye that his birth parents had hired. When Genma's hand went to slip the mans wallet out of his pocket, the PI grabbed his hand and quickly knocked him out. When Genma awoke, he was laying on a couch in a rather sizable home. The PI was sitting in a chair across from him. When Genma asked where he was, it was explained that his parents wanted him found and brought home. Genma's mother and father entered the room and immediately embraced him in an awkward, tearful greeting.
They apologized for the way that they left him, claiming that they never went a day without thinking about him, and that they tried finding him after it happened. The next year went by in a bit of a blur for Genma. It was frustrating, adapting to his new life. His parents smothered him with attention and gifts. They were wealthy enough to afford whatever he wanted. When they found out that Genma had been taught how to use some basic ninjutsu, his parents offered to enroll him in the academy so that he could be a shinobi. ▱▰▱ Elemental Mastery → The user's ninjutsu gains the ability to overwhelm techniques of the same rank. The overwhelming trait only applies to a single element at D rank, increasing to two at A rank. Overwhelming properties do not apply to techniques above S Rank. In addition, each rank that you gain an overwhelming property the user gains a free Element PA that allows the user to augment their ninjutsu that gained the property with an additional effect for no resource or action payment, allowing the user's ninjutsu to shine. You gain an additional 4 Ninjutsu per body rank that are dedicated to their primary element. Also, the user gains access to Augment Skill Lines for the cost of it's primary technique slot and is not required to pay additional slots for skills in this line. Finally, the user's two chosen overwhelming elements can be combined into [1] advanced nature kekkei genkai that counts as a free implant. This implant does not consume an implant slot but does have the restrictions of the implant system. The implant does not carry the overwhelming factor of its base elements through this discipline. This discipline cannot be taken with the Dual Ancestry discipline from Bloodline Class.

Not only does this discipline allow the user to utilize the technique Cherry Blossom Hurricane twice, but once every [2] posts the user is able to store chakra into their Strength of 100 chakra pool without consuming an activation. The user also deals with trauma they receive at one rank less than other ninja.

• Kūton techniques that originate from the same user are able to pass through each other as if they were intangible, so long as the user wishes to do so. This effect does not require an activation or chakra to switch between.
• When trained in korabo, and not directly engaged in combat with them, the user and their jutsu are considered to be constantly under the effects of [ Riposte ] for all techniques that their comrade(s) uses. ▱▰▱ Shall We Dance? | Perhaps the most dangerous facet of the void is that it flows and conforms differently in each person, allowing them to make it their own in a world where having an ace up your sleeve could mean the difference between life and death. Taking this PA allows the user to create a keystone augment for the sole use to alter their void techniques. As with other keystones, the user may only possess one. Disciplines that grant keystones may still be taken in conjunction with this PA in order to benefit from their secondary effects, however, the user must choose which keystone they will ultimately use.
▱▰▱ Altered Perspective | For every body rank, starting at D, the user may choose three [ 3 ] of any jutsu ( nin, medic, etc ) or other bloodline jutsu and places them under their Kūton list to no longer consume a slot ( If they did before ). These function the same as normal with the exception that they are now performed with Kūton chakra and are considered purely void techniques for interactions with other jutsu (such as the ones in this list), along with benefits that are granted by classes.
▱▰▱ Like Pawns on a Chessboard | After landing a successful void technique against the target, the user's chakra will similarly linger on the enemy to [ Presence of Mind ]. The key difference is that the user may now use the movement bonus granted from [ Black Waltz ] to move any enemy in any direction the user wishes. The user also gains access to the [ Marionette Dancing ] technique.

Modifiers:
• Iryojutsu can be learned only by those of the Medical Class unless stated otherwise.
• Iryojutsu receive their own limitation numbers, displayed in each rank.
• When you select this class, you must pick exactly one of its disciplines. A discipline cannot be replaced or taken away.
• Maximum energy pool increases are cumulative. (They do not replace each other as you rank up, rather they are all added together.)
• This class grants a cap of [6] per stat. If your other class grants a higher stat cap then that cap supersedes this. If your other class grants a lower stat cap then this class's cap takes priority.
• Members of the medical class naturally gain an additional branch in the medical career of their choosing, raising their branch limit from [1] to [2]. If a PA is selected then members of the medical class may have up to [3] medical career branches maximally. Additionally, advancing in the medical career is reduced by [2] missions per title meaning that achieving the doctor title would only take a total of 12 medical field missions.
• Single class Medical shinobi are allowed to pick [3] Restricted jutsu from the Medical listing. Medical Specialist are able to learn all of the Restricted jutsu.
• Kūton techniques give off a very faint glow that makes them slightly visible in darkness.
• Kūton techniques are always visible to Dōjutsu, unless under the blind status effect.
• Kūton techniques that originate from the same user are able to pass through each other as if they were intangible, so long as the user wishes to do so. This effect does not require an activation or chakra to switch between.
• When trained in korabo, and not directly engaged in combat with them, the user and their jutsu are considered to be constantly under the effects of [ Riposte ] for all techniques that their comrade(s) uses. This effect does not have the one chakra source limitation and does not override any use of [ Riposte ] against an opponent.
• Maruton [ Null Release, ] and Fuuinjutsu [ Sealing Techniques ] are universal techniques. Everyone is capable of using them to an extent, and are both counted as the same element, in regards to technique mirroring.
• Maximum energy pool increases are cumulative. (They do not replace each other as you rank up; they are all added together.)
• The ninjutsu class mirrors it's slots between the two base elements of the user and Maruton techniques. Elements beyond the first and secondary element do not mirror unless you are have the Harsh Elementalist discipline.
• Those with Ninjutsu class as a single class, may apply a weaker form of Elemental Status appropriate to the element used to all Base Elemental Ninjutsu. If single classed, use the following scale: Tier 1 E-C | Tier 2 B-S
Personal Attributes:
▱▰▱ Shall We Dance? | Perhaps the most dangerous facet of the void is that it flows and conforms differently in each person, allowing them to make it their own in a world where having an ace up your sleeve could mean the difference between life and death. Taking this PA allows the user to create a keystone augment for the sole use to alter their void techniques. As with other keystones, the user may only possess one. Disciplines that grant keystones may still be taken in conjunction with this PA in order to benefit from their secondary effects, however, the user must choose which keystone they will ultimately use.
▱▰▱ Altered Perspective | For every body rank, starting at D, the user may choose three [ 3 ] of any jutsu ( nin, medic, etc ) or other bloodline jutsu and places them under their Kūton list to no longer consume a slot ( If they did before ). These function the same as normal with the exception that they are now performed with Kūton chakra and are considered purely void techniques for interactions with other jutsu (such as the ones in this list), along with benefits that are granted by classes.
▱▰▱ Like Pawns on a Chessboard | After landing a successful void technique against the target, the user's chakra will similarly linger on the enemy to [ Presence of Mind ]. The key difference is that the user may now use the movement bonus granted from [ Black Waltz ] to move any enemy in any direction the user wishes. The user also gains access to the [ Marionette Dancing ] technique.
