The moment of silence seemed everlasting as those words escaped the stranger's mouth. Lin stood motionless thinking of the next move. There was still uncertainty, but she felt - for the most part - that she will not be harmed.
How hard it must have been... Lin thought. ...to be in this facility when it was running. I don't have the experience, nor do I think I want it. However, from what I've seen this place feels utterly infernal. The bloody facility, the fear-inducing tools, and him. She looks at the man in front of her. What must've happened to him during his stay...

Sentama Lin The moment of silence seemed everlasting as those words escaped the stranger's mouth. Lin stood motionless thinking of the next move. There was still uncertainty, but she felt - for the most part - that she will not be harmed. How hard it must have been... Lin thought. ...to be in this facility when it was running. I don't have the experience, nor do I think I want it. However, from what I've seen this place feels utterly infernal. The bloody facility, the fear-inducing tools, and him. She looks at the man in front of her. What must've happened to him during his stay...Then suddenly, someone grabs Lin while her new captor was haging from the celing and flies off with her. This person, same but different from the man whom Lin was with, had a better motive, and it wasn't eating her. "I have to say, you do look like a tasty snack, but he could do so much better," she said to Lin with a smirk. This creature didn't look as frightening, that's for sure. She was a girl with cat ears, bat wings, a cat tail, cat-shaped eyes that cganes color, talons that she can recede at her will, and fangs, like a vampire's.

"Let go of me!" Lin cried as she struggled round - trying to free herself from yet another captor. She managed to wriggle one of the captor's arms off of her. However - seeing how far the facility floor was - she suddenly began to regret struggling.
"What are you planning to do!? Help, help!" Lin cried as she hung on to the remaining limb that kept her from falling.

Her cries for help snapped him back to reality in time to see her being dragged of by yet another creature. My prey...no, not prey...what, then? He shook his head to clear it of the confusing thoughts as he leapt up after them, leaving only one idea still there: save the girl...

Lin stopped struggling seeing the futility in it all. One wrong move and her body will painfully meet the floor. She tried to search for the man who saved her before.
She really hoped that he was around.

ChaoticCatDemon Sentama Lin "Let go of me!" Lin cried as she struggled round - trying to free herself from yet another captor. She managed to wriggle one of the captor's arms off of her. However - seeing how far the facility floor was - she suddenly began to regret struggling. "What are you planning to do!? Help, help!" Lin cried as she hung on to the remaining limb that kept her from falling. "Geez, you're a live one," The new captor commented to her prisoner. All she did was fly faster and grip her tighter. "And stop your squirming. It's kinda useless, just to tell you." The captor finally put Lin in a locked room; her own room from when she used to stay in the facility as a paitent and science experiment. "Alright. Look here young, live one. I'm not going to eat you, I'll tell you that much, but here's the thing: In my opinion, you sort of resemble this cute girl.." The captor holds out an old monochromatic picture that had a few blood stains and was slightly torn, but you can still see that it was a picture of a nurse that used to work at the hostpital. The girl had simularularites to Lin physically. "By the way, the name's Artemis," as she blatantly introduced herself while treating her arm wound in the process.

Xanatos Forever He stayed on their trail. She might have been a supernatural creature, but he had spent a lifetime in these cursed walls, and new every twist and turn...and shortcut. He leapt up, punching a ceiling panel out of his way, his body twisting and turning as if made of liquid, into the square. The instant he was within the ceiling, he took off in his spider-like gait, slipping over, under, and between pipes, covering the distance between himself and his target with in moments. Beneath him, he could feel the panels vibrations as the creature flew by. With a burst of speed, he rushed forward, kicking out another panel and twisting his body out, stopping directly in front of the creature. "Release the girl," he hissed venomously, muscles taut, ready to strike... (Oops. I didn't see that XD my bad. when I was writing out my response, you weren't on, and you guys keep going i g2g sweatdrop )

"I'll admit that my resemblance to her is uncanny..." Lin replied as she gazed into the slightly-bloodied picture. "But that doesn't explain what you want from me."
Although the introduction wasn't the most welcoming, it helped calm her down somewhat. She stood around and walked around the bare room - just as unkempt as the rest of the facility. The only furniture around was a bed, a small table, and a chair. Out of a barred window the moon beamed through.
"...Artemis is it? The goddess of the night and the hunt?"

"What's that!?"
He heard his sythe trap go off, a chase, some flight, and some screaming, some one begging to be let go.
He ran and found the man he had fought earlier. "You!" He pointed his finger at the man. "I'll kill you!" He summoned a giant purple skeletal hand to come out of the ground and hold the man in place, as he let out his banshee scream.

He was so busy trying to keep up with the creature, he almost failed to notice the wraith. He watched as skeletal fingers crept up from the ground, intent of grabbing him. "Go away!" he yelled, contortioning his body, slipping through the bony grasp, "I don't have time for you!" He turned and took off once more, the wraith's blood-curdling scream echoing through the halls...

He gave gave chase, and shot out a beam of tormented souls. It was greenish blue with people's faces and limbs showing, some of which were distorted. They were each making sounds, some mumbling to themselves, some screaming, some luaghing, and still others babbling.

He turned and took off once more, the wraith's blood-curdling scream echoing through the halls... Just as about Artemis was going to say her reason, she suddenly heard the scream. "What the hell was that?" she said to Lin, expecting her to know what it was. "Why don't you stay here and rest? You look like you need it. While you do that, I'll go check that out." just as she was about to leave through the celing Artemis turned her head to look at lin and said, "And don't worry. I don't have any death traps set up for you." Right after she said that, she was gone with a blink of an eye. It better not be that guy again. If it is, I guess I'll show him who's boss. If not, then I guess it won't hurt to help another like myself, she thought to herslef. Right when she got there, she saw the ghosts. "Well, well, well, I guess wer'e not the only ones here," Artemis said outloud to herself. She got her claws out and started going through the ghosts, trying to get closer to the person who summoned them.
