Mmm... Well... Anime is also a sort of sub-cartooning... but it also has sub-sub-cartooning sort of things... like Chibi. I guess western is like that too. I find western cartooning to be a bit more limiting though.

True, I guess Western cartoon has more limit than anime since I don't see any no-plot, random cartoon made from Western.

Acctually, they're both really similar, but there's somethings about anime that catches the eye... It's all very strange... I mean... Like... I dunno, let's take Roxas and Axel as a couple, since they seem pretty popular. There's something about that couple that makes fangirls squeal. Wheras... you don't get that with... ummm... Batman and Robin... Batman is pretty cool though.

LOL No kidding.

Well, I guess it has something to do with the expressions and actions of the characters. You can see sadness and aching from Axel and Roxas toether when they talk and show their expression. Batman and Robin didn't show sadness nor the aching to each other when they are departed.

As for the cartoons and anime being similar........ Not really. Some of the anime has no plot in it, but the cartoons have plot in it. There is not a single cartoon I've seen that has no plot in it. Only random.

I like the Sora/Kairi pairing as well 4laugh
I just love how their relationship has developed. I love how they use the papou fruits in their drawings. I think that is so cute heart

I also have been reading fanfics where Tidus and Selfie are together. I like those

i find on deviantart a lot of people who make deviations of pairings that lots of you might hate..

www.xvii-lanxu.deviantart.com - i found her gallery somehow.. i dunno how.. o_O *warning* has mostly SoraRoxas.. i'm trying to figure what's her real account. she admits that she uses this account to put shonen ai (ha! no real disturbing gay porn, you pervs!) though...

www.jack666rulez.deviantart.com - made a character named 'roxel'. a fusion of roxas and axel and i think somebody made a crack character named 'soriku' obviously, sora and riku. wasn't sure if it's her or not. she also made 'xemaix.. a fusion of xemnas and saix. bah.

uhh. that's all i can think of people who make crack pairings for now.. i KNOW there are like THOUSANDS of people who make roxas x axel pairings.. but my brain's not working today right now. :p

well i was randomly at a deviantart forum and they were talking about random pairings.. so the i said larxene x riku ... which was a weird COS HOW THE HELL WOULD THAT WORK OUT???? -edit-

oyeah i found this club in dA called 'axel x larxene' club. i dunno much about larxene 'except for some certain characters quizes i took.. i know she gets along with axel and is a sadistic blondie. aww what a cute pairing xD

Yeah, I see some of that pairing too. But I like her with Marluxia better since they both have the same goal and same ideas....... Not with the same personality and ideas of torture their enemies. sweatdrop

Woah! I've been away for a while... and the thread just died... I shall attempt to revive it! I like the Marluxia x Larxene pairing better. Not only that, but you also see them hang together more in the manga. I like to know what is the name of the drink that Marluxia and Larxene drink together.

I like RikuxSora, AxelxRoxas ( heart yaoi!!), and RikuxKairi. I'm not a big fan of SoraxKairi actually.

Update on my preferences, because apparently a lot can change in four months. ^^ I still support the canon pairings, kinda. I've gotten more into the yaoi, with how I tend to favor a few of the pairings. But I'm really strict with them. No rearranging my couples. No. 'Cept for Xal. He's allowed to mess with Belle still. Vexen/Marluxia, Xemnas/Saix, Xigbar/Xaldin, Demyx/Luxord. Not sure how this one came about but...Lexaeus/Larxene. And a friend and I have discovered the mass of emo that is Riku/Zexion. But I still love them when they're totally canon.

However, I can picture Zexion and Riku and oy, that would be alot of drama, suspense, and angst all over it. LOL xd
