Names come to me. I browse the internets during my free time at school, looking for popular names that haven't been taken. Like my accounts. [I still have Magic Trevor, btw, as one of my mules]. I own Myanusisbleeding... which was awesome, as now every single name from that movie has been taken... even though the account was perma'd. And I own 50 thousand cent. Though I let ace have Coco Puff Daddy. And I've got quite a few other names I've had over the while. I like my current name though, because it's old english, though the word has been out of use since before the chaucerian era, centuries ago.
