Jiro, the reason I put you so close to the top in my list is because you give amazing advice, and advice is very important. Leaders have advisors for reasons as I'm sure you all know.
EDIT: Eien, you did notice I put myself as "following everyone else and near the bottom"? That "everyone else" includes you...
