"Sir, we have a problem." The spies replied to Damien, watching her trail in awe. "She took a rather unusual detour. She scaled up a bank building, cut through the second floor, and went down the other side. Our scouts said she reached the other side and is going through gang territory."

Saiyu grinned and hopped off the bed as Fanny vanished into the bathroom. Setting the brush back she made her way back into the livingroom and flopped onto the sofa, waiting for Shadow to arive.
After a few minuets Saiyu grabbed her communicator once more from the kitchen and lent against the table, even with the insultst that had been hurld back and forth between the two Saiyu still worried about the highly strung prince.
"this is ally cat looking for a swan does the swan have a frequancy?....."

"Well then try and follow her. If any gang attacks, shoot them. You'd better not lose her" Damien ordered. He then hung up the phone. "Damn it. I guess I'll have to make another 'date' with her" he said to himself. He then chuckled as his make up and face prosthetics were removed. He then headed out to change out of his clothes and wash the dye out of his hair.

"Hey" Shadow said to Saiyu, walking into the living room from her own room, looking only like a slight wreck because of the drugs. She smiled at the thought of the night before while she took a little bit of her own blood to check it's content. "Sorry. I had business so I came back late." She explained as she put the drawn blood through her medical scanner.
Of course, the night before she got away. She was out a thousand dollars for the night before, but she felt it was a rather small sum considering. The gang members informed her that night that she had multiple government pursuers, two of which were killed and left at the front steps of the government building with several gang marks on them. Others that had been watching her were shaken off as soon as she drove her motorcycle through the alleyways. Still, Shadow was surprisingly not upset about the betrayal. Instead, she was more interested in 'David'.

Jian woke up the next morning, feeling better then most days. His wound ached, but he felt it wasn't too bad. He took a shower before heading into the building, where there was a big commotion about the death of two elite spies covered in bullet holes painted gang symbols, as was normal for those gangs to do. Jian was taken aback when he heard about it, and Damien was the first thing that came to mind. Still, before he could check, he had business to do.
Early that morning, four guards went to pick up Vincent and Valkyrie. Of course, the two twins didn't wake up when called. Instead of using force, the guards found it easier to just carry the twins to the car when they were sleeping, while the other two guards retrieved their gadgets and notebook of designs. After all, if they were asleep, they wouldn't struggle. The two twins were then loaded into the private limo and drove back to the headquarters.
Jian met up with the soldiers with the twins and their stuff. They were still sleeping peacefully on the guards' shoulders. "Ah. Good. Follow me." He said, leading them into the underground apartments. First, though, he wanted to drop by Damien's flat to see if he was aright. Knowing his schedule, he figured Damien would be leaving about the time he arrived at his door. When Jian had gotten there with the four soldiers behind him, he took a deep breath and knocked on the door.

Lianne woke up after falling asleep on a pile of books in her library. Many of her maids scolded her when they found her, but Lianne just gave back an authoritative stare that caused all of her ladies in waiting to back down. Lianne gave out a smile sigh as she got up and went to take her morning purification bath, feeling slightly stuff from the cold air of the library. After her warm bath, she felt much better. She went to the dining hall and ate her modest meal, when a young priestess walked to her side.
"Your Holiness, you seem to have gotten a few rather important messages. On top of that, it seems fighting broke out yesterday in Diethelm. The rebels were fighting out of love for you, but Damien retorted by verbally attacking our religion." The priestess said.
"Is that so? I... see." She said, taking the letter.
"Yes. The public insists that you reply to his false accusations." The priestess replied.
"Of course. I'll get to that immediately." Lianne replied. The priestess bowed and walked away, and Lianne let out a small sigh. She hoped this wouldn't result in Damien having to meet Lianne face to face to settle things. That was the last thing she wanted to ever do.

Damien was just putting on his uniform when he heard the knock. "Give me a moment, Jian. I'm almost ready!" he called. He buttoned up his military jacket and grabbed his hat and gloves. He pressed a button to answer the door and saw Jian with the soldiers and sleeping children. "Um, this is a surprise. Chief General, can I speak with you for a moment?" he stated and only had Jian enter.

"Sure. I'm glad you're alright." Jian said with a sigh of relief, then turned towards the guards. "Wait here for a moment." Jian told the four soldiers before walking into Damien's flat and closing the door behind him. He then turned to Damien, wondering what he wanted to say.

Damien placed his hat and white gloves down on a table and scratched his head. "Um, why did you bring them all the way down here. You are aware that this is private. Why couldn't you wait for me. I'd like to keep the quarters to myself. Who knows who they might tell, even if it's an accident" the dictator said.

((I thought they were going to put the kids in that one empty underground flat near where Damien lived?))
"The children are still sleeping right now. I didn't want to leave them in the office for people to question. Besides, I doubt people will even think about that right now. Two soldiers from your personal troops were murdered and left on front steps this morning. A lot of people are in a panic, wondering if you are ok." Jian said. "So far, the medics said that they were shot with multiple types of bullets from illegal guns, so they were most likely caught in a gang fight, but... no one knows why they were left on the front steps."

((There's only two apartments. One for Damien and one for Jian.))
Damien sighed. "I know. It's because I ordered them to follow Shadow. Damn she can slip away. I'm going to have to get another 'date' and this time arrest her personally. It was probably a message, but we'll just keep that between us for now. We can use it as a way of purging the city of gangs. If we use this to our advantage, then the public will support a stronger policing in the city. We will give the soldiers proper military funerals and will say that they were killed trying to protect the city from gang violence" the Absolute Leader said while putting on his hat and gloves. "Well I am ready now so we can head out" he said. Once they were heading off, Damien ordered the children to be brought to his office.

"I see..." Jian replied. "Let's go then." Jian followed Damien up to the office, and like Jian said, people more more focused on knowing if Damien was alright.
After ten minutes, the children were brought to Damien's office, separate from when Damien and Jian went in order to help prevent rumors. When they arrived at the office, they were beginning to stir. They both yawned and began to stretch before staring off into a daze. One of the soldiers knocked on the door, and backed away, waiting on Damien to answer.

"Bring them in" Damien ordered. He had Jian stay with him this time. He didn't know if it would help comfort the twins a little or if it would just intimidate them even more. He sat at his desk and had Jian stand beside him. "I wonder how they'll react when they wake up" Damien said.

"Valkyrie..." Vincent muttered.
"Yes brother." Valkyrie yawned.
"Can you hand me... my... book..." He yawned.
"Sure... grab... Mr. bear..." Valkyrie, muttered as she reached out into thin air and feeling nothing. She opened up her eyes and both of the twins screamed in alarm.
