Neither. I tend to use a herbal one from a supermarket. Can't remember for the life of me what it's called though...

I can't eat jelly because it's got gelatine in, which is animal produce. I don't really eat puddings either, unless it's a piece of fruit...

I could do with some cardio training at the moment. Build my stamina up a bit.
