8/10. The problem I have with it is there is too many things going on. Yet the things that are going on don't seem to clash.

9/10 Would like it better if the hair was all blue, or the brown part was blonde... the brown is distracting in a not-quite-but-almost-out-of-place kind of way ^.~
Otherwise, it's really cute.

hmm...9/10...the glasses and headband seem...out of place. May i suggest the SLIK shades? there black glasses that would be perfect

lol too bad green is a lurvely color! problem is i kan't decide wich of all meh styles i like best crying
